I ordered the Sharper Image Own Zone wireless TV headphones and, unfortunately, they did not work. I emailed *** explaining the situation and requested a refund to my credit card. A few hours later I received a courteous reply that a credit had been issued and should appear within a few days depending on how quickly my bank processes refunds. No quibbling, no delay tactics. Wonderful customer service! I will definitely order from *** again.

I noticed my bank has already posted my refund! My original email was 6/22/19 and I received my refund on the 24th. Wow, again great, courteous, and FAST customer service! If only all online business were conducted this way. I am impressed!
I love it when a plan comes together, or in this case, when a bank processes a refund quickly.
I have been a customer for about a year-and-a-half now with morningsave. I have always been able to get a refund or another product. I am very good about taking pictures if something is broken so I always have that on my phone. People just need to learn to take pictures because I would refund with picture vs. No picture. Sometimes they just tell me to keep the broken product and they always send me a new one.

So, I placed an order with Morning Save and it came in defective. It was my first time ordering so I contacted the company on the exchange/return process. I received a response with hours and after I sent a photo of the defective item, they immediately said they would credit my card and told me not to bother sending the product back.
What?!?! The Customer Service experience was amazing. I order many product on-line and they were first-class. I placed two more orders with the company and they also ship promptly.
I will continue to order through them. Great Deals = Great Customer Service!

I ordered some skin care products from morningsave.com and one of the boxes was not sealed. Some of the items were missing. I contacted the company and they responded quickly. They sent me a tracking number and a complete new package arrived the next day.

I purchase a skincare set online from Morning Save. When I received it, one of the skin creme products was leaking and soupy, the other two were fine. I filed a claim with Morning Saved and this was their first reply.
"I'll have another replacement sent out for you. I'll update you with a tracking number
when I get it."
Three weeks went by and I did not receive the product (which I had thrown away by then). So I reached out them and got this reply after an email exchange.
"The vendor would need the picture of the item to move to the next step. When you are
able to provide that picture let us know."
I ordered a product called Trophy Skin from this company that did not live up to the claims they made about it. When I requested a return authorization, they told me they do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, so now I'm stuck with an item that doesn't do all the great things the company claims. Why is this company still allowed to do business?
Do not purchase from this company. I ordered a 2-pack of eyeliner and mascara. They literally smear and run during day of their own volition and are almost impossible to remove. I have been trying for weeks to return the unopened 2nd boxes for a partial refund. I have only received one response claiming. They do not accept return for "buyer's remorse. A $6 mascara or eyeliner from the drugstore are better products. Do NOT order from this company. I wished I had looked at the reviews first. It USA shame they are allowed to be on TV.
Morning Save will not cooperate with you if something is not right they will not make it right
I ordered a Martian watch that advertised two bands. I only received one. They claimed they would forward the issue to the shipping department....still waiting for any correspondence after two complaints....
I ordered a camera from this company it came in no paperwork no invoices I have to gone back to him and four to five emails all they say is go back to the website there's no phone numbers to contact them cannot get it resolved the product is defective this company is a scam I will not do business with him anymore I will be disputing it with credit card company
I bought a monitor from Morningsave and it arrived damaged. I contacted them six days ago and, despite their FAQ saying they'd respond within one business day, I haven't heard back.
I ordered 2 necklaces from MorningSave from the show THE TALK. I never had any correspondence from them...next thing my card was charged. Items came, they are not up to the quality for the price I paid and I want to return them and get my money back. I cannot get in touch with them. All the website contacts appear to be fake...I am getting no response. It appears the website is down, I get a opps, something is not working right. I sent a message to get my password. It shows it will arrive soon...nothing. No way to get in touch with them. Merchandise is not equivalent to the price I paid. Cannot contact them. Very poor merchandise, overpriced and no customer support available.
so I tried to purchase something and kept getting denied with a message saying zip code did not match. I tried many different things. I guess I tried 10 times because you have charged me $1 ten times. you have robbed my account of $10 and I still have not been able to purchase product. please contact me and replace my monies into account. There is no phone number anywhere and they have not responded to my 50 plus emails!
I saw these advertised through crime watch with Chris Hansen. You would think trustworthy since it's on his show, think again. I purchased 3 body guards from them for my daughter-in-laws and had them shipped to each. None of them worked, I filled out the problem form, reply was they do not give refunds for buyers remorse, they didn't work. They gave me manufacturers info, they never sent replacements, contacted morning save again, still wouldn't help. Don't waste your money, spend a little more buy somewhere else! I just gave up.
I also sent an email to crime watch, letting them know about the experience I had with morning save. No response, but really did not expect one. I just wanted them to know about what their endorsing.
I saw this item on The Talk Palm NRG Cordless Heat Wrap, the battery did not work, the electrical cord was not the correct cord and it came with no instructions. That is why the company is called mediocore. There customer service is so bad, the worst I have ever experienced,they will not resolve any of the issues. There should be reviews of there products on the morning save web site. People could view how bad they really are and how there items are defective. This is my only and last purchase from this scam!!!!
