WANTED: Oreck Airvantage Pet Plus 3-Stage HEPA Air Purifier...as advertised on DRS TV show, early September.

First they claimed to need pictures. Then they claim to need my phone # and address to send a label.
I've already done another return to this same company, and was sent a PDF by email to print within 24 hours. Lesser amount of $20.
Appears to be stalling the refund with this higher ticket item.

The customer wrote in stating that they received the wrong item. The CSR asked for photos to assess the situation.
The photos confirm that we sent the item that was ordered, as advertised. The Oreck Airvantage Pet Plus 3-Stage HEPA Air Purifier model # is WKXXXXXQPC. It appears the customer may have been thinking of another very similar item that we had available at the time, the Oreck AirVantage Multi-Stage Air Purifier was sold here: https://morningsave.com/deals/oreck-airvantage-air-purifiers
With that in mind, the customer did not receive what they *intendedto order and return shipping on those items would be high; so our rep offered a return label. When we issue a label for an item in this price range, we want to ensure all information is correct, so our rep asked to confirm the address and provide a phone number for the shipping carrier if needed.
I understand the confusion, as the customer believes they received the wrong item and were already frustrated when they contacted us. As the customer has not yet confirmed their details, we went ahead and sent the labels today, using the physical address on file. They'll receive them via email, directly from Fedex, sometime this afternoon/evening.

After notifying Revdex.com, my credit card company, the TV where this was advertised and tell Mediocre I was doing so, the RM was provided, and refund has been received.
Taylor provided me with outstanding customer service. The coffee carafe was broken upon opening the box. Taylor at Morningsave. helped resolve the issue in a great, fast way.

I ordered a smokeless grill. The price was good and the shipping was fast. Problem: The grill would not heat correctly. I had thrown away all the paper work and packaging. After a couple of months I happened to find the receipt tucked away in my Email and sent a note to the Morning Save, which seems to be the Mediocre Corp. in the Email I only stated that the item did not work but I could not return it. Almost immediately I had an Email response telling me that they were crediting back my money on my credit card. I was WOWED and amazed at that response. I didn't expect that. I have ordered other products from them and was pleased. Now I am exuberant with 'Teighlor', whom ever that is that wrote to me. I don't understand the word Mediocre, to me that means "not exceptionally good". They need to change their name to An Exceptional Corporation.

I was having such a hard time after my original account was closed and 2 of the many bracelets I bought had issues with the clasp, they kept opening. When I explained the problem customer service offered to rectify the situation by reaching out to the vendors to see if they would send me 2 new bracelets or a refund... I opted for the 2 new bracelets. This is one of the many reasons why I love morningsave.com!

There is advertised customer service and then there is real customer service.
A product I purchased was delivered damaged. I notified the company and received a very timely response. I took a picture of the damaged goods. Less than 1 day later, I received a notification that there would be a refund given. The refund arrived within a day. No fuss, no hassle. Just great customer service. The items I ordered had defects in them when they arrived. I contacted customer service and Taylor responded and handled the problem and offered to replace or refund my money. I asked for a replacement. They were shipped right away. I have ordered from Morning Save numerous times and have always been happy with the service and products.

MS replaced my order free of charge when USPS lost it. I just emailed them explained the situation and they were more than willing to resolve the issue. I've never experienced a company respond so quickly and fairly. They really do try to please their customers. I am battling cancer and what I ordered is to help with pain. They took some serious stress away from me especially since I don't have to buy another one.

It all started when something I had purchased on Morning Save went wrong. I had purchased a purse & didn't like the color & wanted to exchange it. Megan was so kind & patient with me. She went through the return policy & procedures with me. After exchanging numerous emails back & forth, I finally gave her the information she needed so I could return it. In this day & age of computers, it's hard to make a connection by emailing someone, but I definitely did that day ! She is amazing & is a true asset to your company. I ordered earbuds from Morningsave.com and they unfortunately were not charging and I was having trouble hearing calls.

When I contacted this company about a dent in one of the wine tumblers I purchased as a pair they were quick to respond that they would send me a replacement. Not only did they send me a replacement tumbler they also sent another tumbler of the 2 set product that I purchased.
I would definitely recommend this company and their products to anyone. I purchased 3 different sizes of their tumblers that were offered in pairs and I love them. I would recommend them to everyone as they are a high quality steel product.

I have bought several items from ***. Everything has been as advertised and at a really good price. But unfortunately I had a problem with the last item that I bought in February of this year. I did not even open the box to use it until a week ago. I found it to be defective. Knowing that it was out of the warranty period, I contacted customer service anyway just to see if they had any advice for me as to how to remedy the situation. They tried to be helpful with further instructions but it did not solve the problem. They agreed to refund the money even though it was out of warranty. They did not require the return of the defective product, saving me the cost of mailing. I will continue to buy products from them. I couldn't have had a better experience.
