Review: I went through the drive thru at this location on 1/**/14 at 1:04 pm and noticed the sign for the big menu sign For the 20pcs chicken nuggets for $4.99. I ordered them plus a chicken sandwich meal. I thought the total was a little high but figured the sandwich meal was expensive. I gave my card and when I got my receipt I noticed they charged me $7.51 for the nuggets. I told the worker the nuggets are $4.99 and she said " not at this location". I do not believe it is right to post signs advertising prices that you are not going to charge. Disgraceful!!Desired Settlement: If possible I would like my $2.52 back purely on principle.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

Review: This mcdonalds offers a promotion, advertised on their receipts, which states (verbatim): "buy one sandwich get one free go to [redacted] and tell us about your visit validation code : ____" [sic]
I completed their feedback survey and was provided with a validation code. However, this mcdonalds, the same mcdonalds where I got the receipt and survey from, refused to honor their promotion, claiming that it only applies to certain lower cost sandwiches. This limitation is not written or stated anywhere, but told to me when I tried to use the validated receipt.Desired Settlement: I want this store to honor its own promotions without limitation, since there are no limitations enumerated in the offer, on the website, or in writing anywhere.
Also, train your employees to be more courteous and not take a policy challenge so personal.
Review: On the afternoon of Wednesday, July 15, 2015 my wife and I visited the McDonalds at [redacted]. This was our first visit since my wife had been diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes so upon entering I asked the cashier where we could find the nutritional facts, but she was unsure of where they were kept so she asked her manager. Her manager informed her they were on the back of the tray liner, and she handed me one. Upon glancing at it there was no nutritional information, and the only thing printed on it was an advertisement for "The Minions". When I informed the Manager that there was no nutritional facts on the sheet, she proceeded to approach me, quickly remove the sheet from my hand, flip it over, and slam it down on the counter to also find it blank. The manager then proceeded to state that "You can either order, find them yourself, or go somewhere else. I don't have time to find them". At this time, there were no other customers in the establishment. As a result, we went to another establishment. Upon emailing Corporate, they forwarded the issue to the franchise branch's private owner, who earlier today, replied to our concerns with the following email: "Im very sorry that my crew nor mgr knew about the info some of it is back of trayliner the rest of call the number that is on all our paper product. I will talk to the crrw that were working. Again im very sorry". Now, typically, all I would request for is a sincere apology, but it appears that the owner of this establishment is incapable of even putting enough effort into writing a proper professional email in handling issues such as this, and from their communication it would appear that this issue will not be taken seriously, and I believe that the incident warrants more than an email full of typos and improper grammar to resolve the issue of a manager removing an item from a patron's person and the resulting attitude that occurred.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate this manager, and the entire staff to be thoroughly trained on where to find the nutritional information when it is requested. As well as the manager receiving some sort of disciplinary action and training seminar to prevent this type of behavior in the future, and an actual apology that is not in the manner of the original email correspondence where the Owner showed absolutely no ability to properly use resolution skills or basic grammar skills when handling a complaint.
This McDonald's is slow and most of the staff is rude and unfriendly. I never feel like I am truly a customer more just a number and nothing more than a bother to the staff. I try to give the benefit of the doubt to people, but even the management is childish. I went in not to long ago to order and several staff members had their phones out and I was ignored completely. This was even a manager. I will not be returning to this McDonald's simply because I feel that the owner does not care; I say this because one of the Ford's happened to be there and when I asked to try and have the problem resolved she didn't do much at all other than say sorry. I feel that the corporate McDonald's really needs to get into this franchise and fix it.
Review: On Friday August 29, 2014 at 5:43pm my family and I visited the restaurant and placed an order when we went to the first window we where short changed five dollars and then unknowingly given the wrong order. I ate a burger that was filled with jalapenos by mistake. I have a food allergy and I became ill do to this and went to the emergency room for treatment. When I reported this to the staff I was rudely given back my correct change and my original order and treated like a thief for bringing it to their attention. I also asked for an emergency cold drink to help relieve the irritation. I was given a warm soda that had been sitting there in a soggy cup and told that I'm not a regular there by a lady that I can identify. I understand that I could consult with an attorney over this matter because of my food allergy and being given the wrong order by way of negligence but I am willing to have this resolved without further incident.Desired Settlement: I have a new emergency room bill to pay, I was treated very poorly as a result of this and I would like to be compensated for the hardship.
Your average Mickey D's but with rude cashiers and workers.
One guy got mad I asked for BBQ sauce.
Did you make the sauce from scratch to get mad?
Do your job!!
Will not be back.

It has come to my attention through the Revdex.com that you were not satisfied with the quality of your food recently purchased at the restaurant. This restaurant takes pride in serving hot, fresh, quality food with fast, friendly service. By your complaint, it appears we have let you down.
As General Manager, I would like to apologize to your for problem with your food and the long service times. I would also thank you for bringing it to my attention, I will share this information with my management team and take any corrective action necessary.
Please contact me or stop in the restaurant and I will make sure we replace the food you purchased.
Thanks again for bringing this to my attention.

Review: I visit this McDonalds almost daily, and have for some time. The customer service is inappropriate not only from the employees, but the managers obviously lack consumer courtesy as well. I've notice inappropriate behavior, language to more than just one of your continuants, but numerous and count me in that number. I have tried to get names, but unfortunately the employees are allowed to wear names with other names listed like Linda for example at least 4 employees wear this shirt and the young employee pointed to the name and said B[redacted] be sure to get my name correct when you report me, so therefore I tried to get it right and to my surprise another employee had the shirt on shortly after. I have experience several unpleasant visits even the young employee mentioning throwing my Frappe on the floor to the young employee preparing it. I spoke to the manager and Lord and behold she walked away as I was speaking. I only attend this establishment because its convenient to my job and I just want to see how long does it take for an employee to be chastise, retrained and the results end in great customer service skills . I have tried calling the number listed on the receipt believe it or not it happen to be the wrong number ###-###-#### after research I learn that the number is ###-###-####.Desired Settlement: I desire to walk into that establishment and notice that the same ignorant employee has realized that her Job is her life whether its McDonald's or Higher achievement you should always be respectful even if you don't respect your Mother at least respect your lively hood.
Review: On 2 occasions in the last past month I have experienced rude and disorderly customer service from (management employee's) at this McDonald's location in [redacted], VA. I am a very regular customer at this location and visit them almost everyday for breakfast (which is a very important meal to me). My breakfast sandwich was made with NO LOVE. I returned to have them correct the matter. A manager (Helen) then came to the window with a very "brass" attitude and ask me "what was the problem"I explained to her the issue, and she was not very happy with me and proceeded to serve me with much attitude! After encountering her "rudeness", she took the sandwich back, and quickly returned to the window with a partially wrapped bacon and cheese biscuit and pretty much shoved it out the window to me. I looked at it, and told her that it was not acceptable as the cheese was just slapped on it and not melted. This is when she got really ugly with me, snatched the sandwich and said to me " I will melting the f[redacted] cheese". I was appalled with her response, and immediately went inside to address the issue with management. I reported this to McDonald's corporate office and of course, a slap on the hand and she is back in action! Today, I experienced a similar situation at this location with yet another manager (said her name was Debra). Very disorderly and rude to me because I was not willing to pull over and wait another 10 mins to get a sandwich that they serve everyday! This "so called" manager threw hand jesters at me, spoke very rudely to me and refused to serve me my breakfast. She put on a show (spun around, shaking her head, talking crap) when I asked for the managerand finally announced "I AM THE MANAGER"! I looked at her and said..I would not be proud to advertise that with your actions! I have also reported this issue to corporate. Let's see what they do about it this time????? As this manager clearly stated that neither she or Helen would get fired!!! So they don't care.Desired Settlement: I would like for McDonald's corporate office and the franchise store owners to contact me with a formal apology. Also, I would like for them to revisit their policies on customer service and actions taken against employees who take their jobs lightly!! Seemingly, these types of employee's are put out their for hard working consumers like myself to deal with and no one really feels the repercussions of these "bad" employee's but the public. Teach what they preach! Customer is #1!
Review: Every time I go to this location the prices go up and the service gets worse. It is almost 9 dollars for a meal now and when you receive it it's cold or overcooked and dry. And every single time you go there you wait in the drive-through forever. Just today it took 17 minutes to get through the drive-through and there were only three cars in line... I have complained to the management and on the corporate website where I did receive a phone call from the manager stating that the issue would be resolved and she was aware of it. Today two weeks later as it is still happening the manager ([redacted]) was actually working in the store at the time all of this was going on. Nothing has changed and it is a mindnumbing nightmare every time you go to. Today I signed on to yelp and there are hundreds of comments just like mine. This corporation charges a lot of money for very awful service and very aweful under/over cooked food and it needs to be fixed.Desired Settlement: My settlement I am asking for is just for the problem to finally be resolved and for me to be able to get the meal I am paying for at my moneys worth and not have my entire day wasted waiting in line because their employees cannot do their job worth a darn... Thank you for your help in resolving this ongoing matter.
Review: On February 13th, 2014, there was 14" snow on ground and I was driving around on the main roads which had been plowed. I was looking for a place to eat and most of the restaurants were closed due to the heavy snow. [redacted] McDonald’s however, was open so I pulled into the drive-thru in full faith that was safe to enter because the restaurant was open. As soon as I pulled in however, I noticed that I was stuck in heavy snow and that the drive-thru had not been shoveled. I tried desperately to drive forward and backward to free my car for 15 minutes as my wheels spun out of control and my car just sunk deeper into the unshoveled snow while cars were piling up behind me in the drive-through and the two McDonald’s employees watched from their windows dumbfounded and unable or unwilling to help.
Finally, 3 men who were behind me in their cars in the drive-thru came out to help push my car out, and after much effort my car was finally freed from the drive-through. As I drove away from the McDonald’s, I noticed my car was jerking in and out of gear erratically, fearful that something was terribly wrong, I made it home and did not drive it for the rest of the day. The next day I brought the car to a transmission repair shop who told me that the transmission was badly damaged as a result of the wheels spinning in the snow and charged me $3994.98 to replace the transmission and I further had to rent a car while repairs commenced which cost 645.57 putting my total bill at $4640.55. I filed a complaint online and the General Manager called me the next day and indicated that he filed an insurance claim. The Insurance adjuster [redacted] with [redacted] called me a few weeks later to tell me that they will not compensate me for my losses. I find it unacceptable that I have suffered these damages as a result of McDonald’s incompetently opening the drive through prior to shoveling the snow and subjecting me and other patrons to such treacherous conditions and have further sent a letter to the McDonalds headquarters office illinois to which they have not responded. I further contacted the McDonalds area manager who said he turned the matter over to their insurance (who already refused to honor my claim), and said that this matter is no longer his problem. I further attempted to locate the store owner but was refused his contact information when I called the McDonalds complaint line. In my multiple communicafaith in McDonalds I demanded financial relief in this matter, threatened a lawsuit, and indicated that I would post my misfortune with [redacted] McDonalds on all social media websites, but have since been ignored. Please Help!Desired Settlement: Please pay for the repair and rental car resulting from McDonalds opening the drive through without first shoveling it.
Review: I and my family pulled into line at this locations drive through window at 2345. There were several cars ahead of us. At 2353 we pulled up to the ordering speaker just as the outside lights were turned off and a female voice came on the speaker and said Were closed. I stated that we had been in line for about 10 minutes and it wasnt midnight yet she responded, Sorry, were closed. I again stated it wasnt the listed closing time and her reply was Well its 12 oclock in here.In my career Ive lived in or pass through every single internationally recognized time zone but never before have I passed through the McDonalds Non-Standard Time Zone where time whimsically advances and rudeness and laziness abounds. Not wanting to deal with this anymore I asked for the managers name and phone number and I was told WAIT! A few moments later a second female voice came over the ordering speaker. I again stated that we had been in line for several minutes and it still wasnt the listed closing time. She replied Well, if I serve you Ill have to serve the cars behind you. I asked why she didnt put out a sign or cone indicating the last car to be served so people didnt waste their time waiting for service that was never going to happen. To this she had no reply but to say Sorry were closed and I have to be completely closed out and out of here by 12 so theres nothing Im going to do. Disgusted, and telling her we were never coming back to this location I pulled out of line at 2357 with four or five cars behind me waiting.Pulling away two things struck me. #1. What a bunch of poorly trained, unmotivated, customer hostile employees with a complete lack of committed management supervision. & #2. If they have to be closed up and out of there in three minutes theyre not going to clean a thing. In short Im voting with my wallet; heeding the advice of your own employee website about fast food and making 2014 a McDonalds Free Year.Desired Settlement: Train your employees, get new management.

Review: I went to store located at[redacted] last night. I went thru the drive thru to get 2 Mc Chicken sandwich which came to $2.00. When I went to the window she gave me a bag and then try to give me a soda. I told the lady I did not order a soda just the sandwich. I asked for 2 packs of ketchup for my sandwich she gave me the ketchup then I left. When I got home I looked in the bag their was 2 packs of cookies. I called the McDonald's spoke with David told him what happen and that I leave 10 minutes away. I asked if my mother could pick the 2 chicken sandwich up since she was there. He hold me NO because she do not have the receipt. Really why in the world would I come back in the rain and to call you about 2 sandwich if I did not have it. The cookies are HARD as a BRICK and I would I make up something like that. All I wanted was my sandwich and I do not feel that I should have to come out if my mother is right there to get something to over a $2.00 receipt. This McDonald's if real petty over a $2.00 receipt. To top it off the worker did not give me my receipt.Product_Or_Service: 2 McChicken SandwichDesired Settlement: DesiredSettlementID: Other (requires explanation)
