For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.There are several statements that American Modern has said regarding its communication with me that are lies, in fact I have a voicemail from the claims agent that he didn't even look at my claim until the 26th The fact is that obviously American Modern can care less about their customers except to collect money from themIn their response to me they changed hail storm into just storm and made no mention of sump pump failure coverageAnd they fail to make any mention that they waited a month before giving me any sort of communication as to whether they would cover it Because of this they caused more damage to my home $15k of damage They did not address my complaint whatsoever except to give a bunch of dates that they didn't call me ( I have a record as well)

2016, regarding the above mentioned insuredI have researched the history of
the policy and my findings are as follows.In accordance with American Modern Select
Insurance Company’s new business guidelines, an external inspection of
the home
was ordered at the time of the policy issuanceThe inspection was reviewed by
the underwriter on March 22, and a request for repairs was sent to the
agent on the same day based on condition concerns identified with an external
inspection.On May 11, a cancellation notice was generated due to no
response regarding the conditions request.After reviewing the policy and inspection, the cancellation has
been rescinded to allow the customer additional time to meet the program
requirements/eligibilityThe customer will receive a request from her agent to
remove the enhanced coverage endorsement, as well as to change the initial
chosen settlement optionOnce documentation has been received from the customer
confirming the inspection concerns are corrected, the policy can be re-adjusted

That said AMIG should collect the payment $of the sales and refund my portion of $258.02. *** card bank did not sale the product or service to me hence they cannot refund $to me and AMIG entitled to receive $of the sales in this transaction.
