Again, I reject Prime Technologies LLC response; because, the Prime Technologies's phone number  in their Revdex.com response IS the same phone number that was referenced in the "shutdown execute function" that they installed on my computer when I refused to pay Prime Technologies LLC $799.99. PLUS, there was NO EVIDENCE THAT MY COMPUTER WAS HACKED, so what was loaded onto my computer by Prime Technologies LLC. Again, I reiterate that I previously provided the Revdex.com a cell phone picture of the shutdown execute file that Prime Technologies installed on my computer. Furthermore, I DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY AT ALL, and I will not accept any phone calls from Prime Technologies LLC to put myself in a "he-said-she-said" scenario with this Prime Technologies LLC. I HAVE ASKED PRIME TECHNOLOGIES LLC TO NEVER CALL ME AGAIN, AND THEY REFUSED TO HONOR MY REQUEST!!!SO NOW, I'LL REITERATE IN WRITING, PRIME TECHNOLOGIES LLC, DO NOT EVER CALL MY PHONE AGAIN, AND NEVER CONTACT MY WIFE SINCE YOU HAVE HER PHONE NUMBER.Prime Technologies LLC shall direct all communication through the Revdex.com (in writing). That's what the Revdex.com is for, and I want to the Revdex.com to be a 3rd Party Administrator for this complaint. I did receive a phone call from Prime Technologies LLC stating that they were "Willing to Work with You" (with the you meaning "me").If they have a solution to resolve this dispute, then I request that Prime Technologies LLC starts writing a cashier's check.When that check clears and sufficient funds are proven at a bank in WA State, then this complaint will be resolved.I think $249.99 plus [redacted] cost (invoice previously provided to Revdex.com) to uninstall Prime Technologies shutdown execute function plus [redacted] other recommendations to clean-up and protect my computer is fair. Keep in mind that Prime Technologies estimate to clean up my computer was $799.99 (and Revdex.com has those records linked back to Prime Technologies WITH THEIR PHONE NUMBER). As a result, I think should receive the $799.99, and that amount should be considered the absolute minimum amount I'll accept to clean-up and protect my computer. I believe their first estimate was over $800, and the Revdex.com has that record too. And if my time and inconvenience is worth anything, then I'd like to receive additional financial compensation for the stress associated with losing my files and the sleepless nights of questioning how I'll recover the data.Thank you for your time, and please let me know how Prime Technologies would like to "work with me"? Because all I'm hearing is their whole "it wasn't me excuse,"  which is a load of crap. It's the same company, same background noise, and same Eastern-English accent. When I was being hustled to pay the $799.99 to Prime Technologies LLC, Prime Technologies LLC forwarded me around to different staff to pressure the sale too. When I refused to pay, Prime Technologies LLC locked me out of my computer. $249.99 + $54.30 +$799.99 + pain & suffering & lost time from work to address this issue...  a $3,000 cashier's check would settle this claim.I'll conclude with reiterating that Prime Technologies (or their affiliates) NEVER call me or my wife again, and that Prime Technologies LLC keeps all communication through the Revdex.com for this complaint.

I also have received a response from this business.  I also have received several calls from them which I did not answer.  I DID NOT review their website from my computer (it was already corrupted).  I reviewed from my work computer.  Once I reviewed I spoke with my computer technician and was instructed to bring my laptop to them to review.  It was discovered that the BIOS was corrupt and my laptop computer was destroyed.  Prime Technologies LLC does not want to admit it was their fault in destroying my laptop.

Hey [redacted] , we tried to contact customer , however  Customer  did not answer the phone  , we did help customer to get the refund of $1500 from other 3rd party company as mentioned earlier and we do not have any problem in refunding the amount which customer paid us . Customer Satisfaction is our Prime Concern Regards Escallation Team

Hi Sir /Mam ,This is to inform you that [redacted]  does not seem to work with us (Prime Technologies) as she has completely changed her statement . we have been calling her but she never respond to our phone calls but today when  we got speak to her  my surprise it was all pre planned  , their intention was never to pay us for the services they got from us . they have been keep requesting some or the other docs ,then her concern is why her name is on the docs which we sent her , which we really fail to understand , if she can speak on behalf of her Dad , were in we have not receive any written or verbal authorisation  from [redacted]  , (Customer )  then there is nothing to feel offended if her name is also on the agreement along with Mr [redacted] . she is been  threatening that she will complaint to FTC , as her fathers computer was hacked yesterday as per what his bank people told him , She herself agreed that Mr [redacted] has been giving his computer access to everyone so it is obvious that computer would have problem . we are done with her and don't want to communicate with her further . we are processing a refund because her intention was to get  computer fix for free and not to pay Prime Technologies for the services provided to her .. please be  informed  we are not here  after her money  , but are  here to help her out in any computer related services , we do not want any communication with her and she  can take her complaint back if her concious allow her to do so .she has Embarrassed   and harrassed Prime Technologies enough so we don't want to do any more bussiness with her she should expect  her cheque in next 10-15 Bussiness , for what she has been carving for . Kindly inform her to cease all communication with Prime Technologies and do not follow the same practice with any other company , if she was not in position to afford this money to get her computer problem resolved , she should have told us , we would have fix the problem for free of cost ..Regards [redacted] Escallation Team

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  This entire fiasco is because of Prime Technologies LLC. The first correspondence with Prime Technologies in February was due to my computer supposedly "being in jeopardy of being attacked by hackers in Russia". The security on my computer was apparently not up to standard so a technician at Prime Technologies told me about a company, [redacted], which would serve as the new and better computer security. Before all of this even took place I had never in my life heard of Avangate. The technician from Prime Technologies had heard of the company and I listened to them because I didn't know what to do in the situation because I was scared for my personal information. After I gave the technician access to my computer I was in the background observing what was being done. I had no idea what they were doing but at the time I trusted them with everything. After everything was said and done I was set up with top of the line computer security for a few months. After a few months I got another call from them saying that the security that was installed was not good anymore, and I needed to update it. I was told on  the phone to file a complaint against [redacted] and demand my money back. I was told that I would have my money back in 5-7 business days. I never got any money back, and was told I needed to send more money to Prime Technologies to keep my computer secured. In hindsight none of this would have ever happened if I had just hung up the phone immediately the first time that they called me. Since then, and because of Prime Technologies I am out $3000, and am constantly harassed with countless phone calls each and everyday. I had a very long conversation the other day with a manager at the company who seemed to want to help, but the second I asked to withdraw from their services he was only concerned about the complaint I had filed, and their company name being in jeopardy. Now all of my personal information is in jeopardy because this company is most likely a scam company. I can only hope that other people around the world are smarter than I was and hang up the phone immediately when Prime Technologies LLC calls and says their computer is in jeopardy of being infected or under attack from a hacker in Russia. This is why I am rejecting my complaint against Prime Technologies LLC.

[redacted] Manager  (Escalation Team) from Prime Technologies LLC and I have worked out our situation with product and future charges.  His tech [redacted] has my computer running safely again at no additional fees.  At this time I am with drawing my complaint and very much appreciate the service of the Revdex.com from South Carolina without you the situation would not of been resolved.
