Hi, This is in response to the complaint which you made on Revdex.com that according to your local technician , upon checking your computer that we have corrupted the BIOS of your computer, as per our conversation you checked your computer and it was working fine after our technician worked on it,
secondly as you mentioned after we were done working on your computer the next day you researched about us on Revdex.com using the internet on the same computer, and thirdly after you found that Prime Technologies is not accredited, you took your computer to a local technician and he checked your computer and told you that we have corrupted the BIOS of your computer. Now Ms*** please understand that if your BIOS is corrupted it will give you a black or blue screen and it will say that BIOS is Corrupted, when my technician handover your computer to you, you checked and said that everything was working fine " which shouldn't be in case if your computer BIOS was corrupted " Now to justify our work BIOS is a command that can only be executed from the user end not from the virtual remote, and BIOS is only used when we need to install a new WindowAnd as per the recording its nowhere found that my technician installed a new window or ask to execute BIOS command. Infact , we heard the recording twice carefully in which technician asked many times , " MA'AM , computer is working fine now and you said yes " . So the statement made by your local technician is null and voidStill if you are not satisfied with the result you can email us on *** Regard *** ***

I have asked for
specific information as to what was installed or fixed on my father's computer I asked for specifics but have not received that information, only a general End User Support Agreement where they added my name as a customer and I am not a customer Supposedly they installed an expensive anti hacking program on to his computer but I want the specific name and dates that this was done and proof that they did indeed do something to protect him from hackers and viruses They contacted me using my work number to urge me to drop my complaint I was told that companies are using their name and that is why their rating is so low with Revdex.com.Revdex.com:

I want a refund of$I want their hidden/ installed programs to be removed out of my computers (2), and no contact with Prime Technologies. And if I have to pay a fee to someone else, ie, *** ***, to get the hidden programs that were installed removed , then I feel I should be reimbursed for that as well

Complaint Detail Was contacted by Prime Tech and told my computer had been hackedHe accessed my computer and showed me alleged problemI told him I don't have $and he discontented from computer and it crashed and gave me a telephone # 1*** ***I called this number and they checked
computer fore $ After they cleaned up computer they demanded payment on the spotI had told them I couldn't pay until next weektech made nasty remark and I told his they could have infected computer just get paidHe then installed a master password on my computer so I could not use it.Desired Settlement remove master password and all software installedI am not paying for them to fix that I feel they caused.*** , This case has been settled and Customer (*** * *** ) will withdraw the complaint as the problem is resolved .Regards*** Manager (Escallation Team )

*** , we made several attempts to contact customer , however we are unable to established a contact with her we have started the investigation on this matter and want to work with customer for the same \Kindly have customer to give us call at *** , our working hrs 9am to 6pm .Regards

*** *** I have been advised by my local Police Dept not to have any contact with this business I do not wish to speak to anyone from this business I have had the securities system removed from my computer at my cost and therefore just want my my money reimbursed that I paid them And my name is *** not *** The #s in the response is the same # they always use in their tech team calls I do not wish to speak with a tech about reimbursements

I did receive an email asking me to call them on 6/20/ I replied to the email on 6/20/with my issues about the products and service and the money I have paid and what I wanted In response to the email I sent they responded back on 6/21/by call me and we will get this worked out First anyone you talk to at the company has such a broken English it is hard to understand them, second any dealings with them I want in writing because the word over the phone does not mean anything If I had a way of recording the conversation on the phone with them I would call them so I would have some guaranty that they would do or not do what they say and I am sure they are going to want access to my computer again. I realize this may sound like I do not want to solve the problem with them, but I believe they have access to my computer behind the scenes when I am online with them and that is where all my problems with my computer is coming fromHow would any one from Russia or Nigeria gain access to my computer if they suppose able put there security on it original in on 1/30/and then I spend $because of Russia and now they want me to spend $because of Nigeria If they can send me in writing exactly what they will do to handle this I will call them.Regards,

Hi Sir / Mam , This is to inform you that Prime Technologies LLC ) has been misrepresented by some other Faudelent Organisation in order to con Mr *** Customer is referring to *** here and we do not have an affiliation or association with *** , we have thoroughly check our
data base we do not see any customer under the same name listed with us ., However we tried to speak to Mr *** to inform him about the same , but customer is not ready to listen anything and keeps on disconnecting the call .Kindly have customer to give us a call on (*** *** , so that we can settle this isssue Prime Technologies is an independent company and is not linked or associated with any brands Regards Support Team

Hey *** , This is in reference to the complaint ID *** , tried to contact *** but not able to establish contact with her In her complaint she is referring to *** and not Prime technologies LLc , As mentioned earlier she has been helped to get the refund initiated by my support team against *** (third party Company ) She should expect her refund in coming week or so as per *** Customer rep .She did call us to get her computer serviced by our company (Prime Technologies LLC ) but she did not pay us anything . At the same time customer (*** ) is not aware of any such complaint made against Prime Technologies LLC , I smell something fishy here so would really request you to please investigate this matter as its ruining our Companies Reputation Revert back for any clarification @ *** .Regards Escallation Team
