This is a fallow-up to my original complaint #[redacted] of early June 2015 After many conversations with with the manager representative of this company (Prime Technologies LLC) and a promise of satisfaction to me by this individual that did not materialize. The mutually agreed date of compensation was the 15th of July 2015. I have have come to my wits end with this company. I'm also convince, through many phone conversations with numerous individuals that answer when I have called and when they have called here, over the past two months that this company uses many different names. Prime Technologies LLC, [redacted] Solutions and [redacted] are the three main name they use. I have also been called by a company named [redacted] Support Centre pertaining to being associated with the previous mentioned three companies. During one of our conversation of late, I provided an email address to send information per his request. He never responded to my email, I have also notified them through this email address or I would be sending this follow-up complaint to the Revdex.com. I also stated he contact me via email as I'm looking for documented proof of our communication. Nothing has been received to date. Also, due to numerous calls from these companies that we can not trust, we are no longer accepting calls from any 1-800 numbers. You have my email address... they can contact me via email only. If and when I received what was promised to me, I will then remove this complaint, otherwise this will remain on file. Live up to your promise and only contact me via email for any further communication.

I received a check from Prime Technologies for $1,500 and my bank would not allow me to just cash it as they had no affiliation with the bank of issue.  I reluctantly deposited it to my account, and it has been several weeks now and it has not bounced.  So I am confirming that the agreed...

The Prime Technologies, LLC response is a pre-fabricated lie. Please review attached screen shot (that I previously provided to Ms. [redacted] of the shutdown execute file that PRIME TECHNOLOGIES installed on my computer with THE EXACT PHONE NUMBER THAT THEY REFERENCE IN THEIR RESPONSE!!!To just point the finger at another company to deflect their unprofessional (and what I feel is criminal) conduct is absurd. Their re-direction to [redacted] is not acceptable especially when their phone number is pushing [redacted] products.I have shut down my credit card, and I will be pursuing fraud claims against Prime Technologies & [redacted] for their charge on my credit card to recover the $249.99 on February 28, 2015. Next, I would like to have the financial amount re-imbursed to me (that I paid to [redacted] to remove  the shutdown-execute file that PRIME TECHNOLOGIES installed on my computer without my consent or knowledge. I personally thought that was form of extortion. I don't know my legal terms very well, so Revdex.com... Please tell me what it is called when a company installs a shutdown-execute file and locks you out of your computer unless you write a check to PRIME TECHNOLOGIES LLC and mail it to a physical address in [redacted], SC that PRIME TECHNOLOGIES really doesn't own or operate within the location?  Prime Technologies LLC instead used some person's private residence (a family) and applied a mail forward service (per [redacted] SC Police Department) so my check would go somewhere else (a PO Box) so that check could then be cashed and wired overseas in the name of Prime Technologies LLC?What do you think of this Revdex.com? Do you have the screen shots that I previously provided to the Revdex.com? And ,can you see how those screen shots correlate to Prime Technologies Response and the phone number that THEY PROVIDED in their Revdex.com Response? If so, you'll notice the phone numbers are the same.

[redacted] I am rejecting this respobse because  I believe that this is a scam company  that is trying to gain access to my personal information via my computer. Up until now I've given them several hundreds of dollars to put high tech security systems into my computer to prevent me from being hacked but they constantly call me a few months later to tell me that the computer is still being hacked in the system installed is not working and they will need more money to install a better system.  Up until now I've given them several hundreds of dollars to put high tech security systems into my computer to prevent me from being hacked but they constantly call me a few months later to tell me that the computer is still being hacked in the system installed is not working and they will need more money  to put a better system in.  I have looked up this phone number and it comes up as a scam where people are trying to access random computers by telling people that they have been hacked.  I went through with this the first three times and now I'm getting very skeptical of the company.  And every time I try to cancel and tell them to stop calling me they get very nasty and go on about meeting her at five Russian hacker and then I will lose all my information.  I will not be calling them back I am waiting on the refund of my money I filed a dispute with my credit card company tonight who know longer want their services.

I will accept Prime Technologies response after the refund is received.  The bank has confirmed that the account was indeed hacked after the so called software was installed, they have offered no real proof that anything was ever installed on the computer or that any repairs were performed.  Revdex.com:

computer & found that every program that was put on my computer was free & not even up to date yet they charged me these crazy prices. I also reported this to my credit union. They called prime tech but it just rang no one answered. They felt it was a scam. I filled out a complaint with them. The credit union was confident they could get the $1800.00 back. The woman at the credit union suggested I report this to you to try and get the other $1499.96. This was before I knew that all the programs were free & they charged me a fortune. If this helps someone else that's great!! They shouldn't be able to do this! I'm done speaking to these people & done dealing with them a friend recommended the person who looked at my computer & I'd rather deal with an actual person.
