Somebody contacted me to do a refinance in 8/31 spoke to a rep and he took all my information in sept 1 I gave him everything that was requested. He stated the loan should be done in 30 to 45 days. It’s oct 7 and my loan is still sitting in someone’s desk because the processor stated we have about 700 files that need to be looked at before they can get to mines. I’m sorry but Refi should only take 39 days I have been waiting over 30 and still no response all I am getting us we are working in ur.

I got a better deal/cost than had I not worked with him; I even had another local/direct lender tell me he could not even do what patrick was offering. thank you! would definitely recommend patrick and his team!

Negative. Ive set my loan up with them more than two months ago and can not make a payment. Everyone I call hands me off to someone else and then hangs up many times. Finally got through to someone who said it’s to early to make payment. Not in system yet. Same message over and over. Now I’m In Collections with them for two months of debt I’ve been trying to pay for two months. Online site does not work with some iPhones either. They finally got me to a person who they said was their job to take care of this. No luck. She said call back later and after that never answered or returned most of my calls. Calls returned she could not find my info I’m reading off of their paperwork about my loan. I’m currently (at this moment ) on a 21:59 minuets and counting hold to pay my bill in their collections. How long am I suppose to stay on hold to pay my bill.10:30am Monday.
