Great Service from start to finish. Josh D went above and beyond to stay in touch and make sure I was informed throughout the process. He also worked hard to get me the best value possible, other loan offers from different lenders were not even close to the value I received with Paramount. The process was smooth, fast and I will definitely do business with Josh and Paramount again in the future.

On July 6, 2017, I was contacted by Paramount Home Equity to see if I was interested in refinancing my mortgage. I explained to the gentleman, *** that I financed with Paramount 9 months prior. During the conversation *** spoke incessantly and during our conversation and without my authorization *** performed a hard pull on my credit. I immediately asked him why he pulled credit and he said it’s no big deal and that his manager could get the inquiry removed from my credit report and it would not impact my score. Paramount Home Equity violated my trust and my privacy. I was not in the market to refinance but I did listen as a courtesy to ***. Unfortunately that courtesy was not reciprocal. *** was rude, aggressive and cared very little about me as the client. My credit score went down as a result of ***’s careless actions. I followed up with his manager who assured me that he would check into the matter and would contact me. It's been 4 months since that time and I have heard nothing. Paramount Home Equity violated my trust and my privacy. I was not in the market to refinance but I did as a courtesy listen to what *** had to say. He was rude, aggressive and card very little about me the client. As a Paramount Home Mortgage customer I am angry that someone would violate my rights and pull my credit without permission and cause my credit to drop.

I am rejecting this response because: I have heard that promise before from Paramount Home Equity and have been waiting since July 2017 for an answer. The company keeps calling me to ask me to refinance my loan. They have completely eroded my trust and confidence in their business practices. I need results and for them to stop calling me to refinance. I regret having used them to refinance in the first place. I would be agreeable if the company were given a tight timeline in which to respond.

Patrick and Andrea were our loan officers during our re-finance. They both went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure that my husband and I were taken care of. As we were going through this process we ran into multiple obstacles and they both were extremely gracious and postive through all of it. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to re-fiance. The staff we worked with are highly professional something not found in todays world. They are very customer oriented and made us feel like we were the only customers they were working with, even though I know we weren't. Highly satisifed. 5 Stars!
