The unit was NOT occupied by me as of April 12th when I turned in my keys and was informed the unit would be rented prior to May 13th.  Since you have not been willing to make this situation right whatsoever, I am in the process of filing suit with the small claims court.  I have documentation of each person I've spoken to and have been passed off to, as well as photos of the condition of the unit and entire facility.  I also have access to the police reports for the multiple times I had to call while I was in the unit.

I am rejecting this response because: This was told to me 4 weeks ago. Incompetence is not an excuse. The change of ownership and new systems that have been put in place have not stopped this corporation from taking in money from people that owe it to them, but apparently it has stop them from paying out what they do. I am sure the change of new ownership has not stopped the employee's from getting their paycheck. one of my main concerns also it is the refusal to give me the contact information of this corporation so I can at least to file a complaint personally. and since I have signed a contract with this people and they have not fulfilled their end of it I feel like they are operating in bad faith and will seek legal action. because even in the reply they still have not provided me a new timeline when I will receive my money I appreciate the efforts of the Revdex.com in this matter.
