Freedom Writers Publishing--i am being charged twice on the same day as listed on my credit card an amount of $53.90 each. I have called several times and emailed at least 5 times and--you guessed it--NO RESPONSE!! So why am I being charged twice on the same day? Where-oh-where is ***????

I purchased three of the companies "*** solar battery chargers and one of their three panel *** solar battery chargers and this was one month ago. I have not received them. I inquired via the email to Barbara at selfrely.com and received an email from Barbara that stated "How may I help you". I responded with the issue and have not heard from the company since. That's been over a week ago. I am wondering if this might be a fraudulent circumstance?

Hello ***! First let me apologize that Barb didn't get back to you. We were inundated with orders for the solar charger. That's not a good excuse but I really do apologize.

So the good news is we recieved 2400 solar chargers to our warehouse this morning, and I confirmed that your order will be shipped today or tomorrow. You should have it early next week at the latest with the holiday. So sorry for the delay!

Around October 26, 2017 I responded to a special promotion that Freedom Writer's Publishing had that was attached in ads on a Political e-mail I received. The order was for a free ankle holster for concealed carry pay only shipping and a bellyband holster at a discounted price of 24.95. I gave all my shipping information and credit card information. On the 27th of October my bank posted the charges to my account and paid the company. I have not received a confirmation email, order number, tracking number or anything telling me that my order was backordered. I need information immediately by phone or e-mail please.

Hi there, ***! First of all let me apologize that you did not receive any communication from us. I think the invoices may have gotten caught in a spam filter. For that I apologize. I have attached your invoices to this email.

So, for your order I wanted to let you know we are backordered at this time. We anticipate that the holsters will be back in stock and shipped in the next 14 days. I really apologize as we did not anticipate the demand for these items. Of course you are welcome to a refund if that's what you prefer.

So sorry for the issues *** and we will make this right!

I have no idea who this company is. They have charged my checking account three times in the amounts of $39.97, $14.97, and $14.97. I have never heard of this company. I looked them up online and called a phone # I located for them but they will not return my phone call or email me. I am going to contact my bank today and file a dispute for charges.

Hi there ***! Sorry you're frustrated! I think the confusion may stem from what your credit card statement says compared to the website you checked out from. Very sorry that this is so confusing, we recently switch credit card processors and they had the wrong information for customers credit card statements. It looks like everything has been refunded so you must have spoken to our customer service rep today?

"Chris P" & "Barbara" got me on the just pay the shipping for our Valois SSD-90 Knife Belt and get it for free scam.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
They gave me a fake tracking number as I called DHL and inquired and there is no record of the belt being shipped.
The address they list as their headquarters is actually the address for a UPS Store in Colorado. They will not return my calls and occasionally return an email but they need to be exposed for the scammers they are.
I hope other people like myself don't make the mistake of sharing your credit card information with them!

Hi Chris, sorry for your frustration. I see that the package for some reason took a while to get processed and the tracking number was invalid. It is valid now and is on its way: *** So sorry for the issue!

On 6/09/2017 I ordered an item from Chris P with Freedom Writer's and have received nothing but a couple of emails telling me of the delays in shipping because the item was out of stock. Now he is still advertising the same item and I still have not received my order!!!! If you don't have it, don't advertise it again. I am beginning to "smell a rat"! Do not do business with this company except with caution .

I purchased a Knife Belt from them that was paid for the moment the transaction was made through ***....As I was was waiting for product to arrive I recieved an email from them that if I didn't order ANOTHER Knife Belt, My order would be Cancelled or as I am now aware Put on the shelf for People who ordered more than one knife Belt orders to be fulfilled first even though mine had already been paid for and was promised a delivery of product...
After waiting several weeks and not receiving any product or email about order status, I emailed them for order status and they told me they were sold out and I would have to wait....
I was born at night but not last night and I'm smart enough to know that because I only ordered one single knife belt my order was put on the back burner, so that they could fulfill multiple orders from people even though my order was placed before theirs... this is a terrible way to do business and is a cheap attempt at trying to get people to purchase more than what they intended....

Hello sir! First of all let me apologize profusely for taking so long to respond to your email! For some reason the Revdex.com notification of your complaint went into our spam folder. I was not aware of the issue until we just now received a letter.

So, let's address the issues now. As you know we ran out of stock in May, for this I really apologize. The offer went viral on social media and we sold out of about 3 months of stock in about 3 weeks. I see that your order has been completely refunded, did you receive the refund? See attached for what we see.

Did you still want the knife belt?

If so, what I can do is send you one out of my personal stash. I keep a couple extra around and I am happy to mail you one.

Again, I am so so sorry about all this confusion, but we dedicated to making it right!
