I ordered PPE equipment on May 15, 2020. I haven’t received an email regarding the PPE and I’ve to call and it goes to voicemail. Is this business legitimate. Worried I won’t receive my order and I paid $74.96
I ordered and paid for a 60 capsule bottle of Orthobiome but received a 30 capsule. I have made several attempts to reach out but hey have just been putting off my request. When you order they show a bottle that contains 60 not 30 capsules
We have sent her an additional bottle of the product. The tracking number is *** shipped via ***. We are also in the process of correcting the image posted on our website where it says 60 capsules(correct one should be 30). We have sent a personal email to the client and advised her that the correct number of capsules per bottle would be 30 and also gave the tracking number for the additional bottle.

I have been using CBD for the past 6 months. My joint pain from past injuries had gotten so bad I hated to get out of bed in the morning. I used the loading dose as directed. By the third day, I was pain free and continue to be so as I continue taking one capsule per day. I also use the tincture at bedtime if I’ve over done it and feel pain may keep me awake. The topical cream kicks the pain right out of my knees. Great products
I have been using Collagen for almost 2 years. I started using American Natural Super Collagen for a year or more and I find this brand easy to take. I use it for our smoothies, our baking and mostly in our coffee.
Both my husband and I are in our late 60's and found that this product actually makes us look healthy and young. I have recommended taking American Natural Super Collagen to my sister and all of my friends. I usually order to canisters at a time because I do not want to run out.

Ordered the "free except for $9.50 for S and H" Gun Magnet last week. What arrived was a fraction of what was shown on the advertisement. Magnet is shown with fairly large, robust screws, suitable for mounting securely on most surfaces. What arrived was a magnet slightly larger than dime and screws so small with thread so tiny that they could not be trusted to hold a child's toy gun let alone an expensive and heavy firearm. When I clicked on the link to "contact" to complain about this I was signed up for their product notifications. These people are crooks.

Product (***, a joint supplement) was rejected by my body, as evidenced by a very deleterious side effect. My multiple requests for refund, under satisfaction guarantee spelled out on their website, were completely ignored. The company has been totally unresponsive.

Although the "refund document" provided by the business is incorrect, naming an incorrect credit card number, I received a message today from my credit card bank to the effect that a credit of $119.97 has been posted to my account. I want to thank you for your assistance in collecting the amount due me, thereby forcing this irresponsible business to honor their guarantee, something I was unable to accomplish on my own.I have reviewed the response made by the business, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Today this company charged my bank card for two months supply that was not authorized. I have tried to contact the number listed and just keep getting a recording that they are closed. I have also emailed them and still have no response. I have filled a fraud charge against them and am still trying to recover my funds. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A FRAUD AND HAVE BEEN NOW CHARGED WITH FRAUDULENT CHARGING FROM BANKS !

Ordered PROFLEXORAL. Product does not agree with me and I want to return it but need a return shipping label. Company advertising 100% Refund, No Hassles or Run Arounds.
I have called the number advertised @ *** which is a voice message answered by Chris and Chaz @ Freedom Ryders and instructed to leave a message on how they can contact me and someone will contact me right away because Customer Service is very important to them. I entered my info speaking clearly and slowly including my phone number and my email into their voicemail. I leave this information clearly and slowly Two Times so that their can be no misunderstandings on how to contact me. I am also directed by Chris and Chaz's voice message to contact their very reliable Customer Service "person, ***" who works literally 24 hours a day at the following address: ***@selfrely.com. That site directed me to contact her at SPOKEO which is a pay for information site for ***.
I want my refunds from the purchase on 4-23-2018 for $119.96 and $149.96 for the product of PROFLEXORAL. The advertising said I needed a shipping label and until I get that I can not return the produce.

Love this company! They send me so MANY great offers for survival/defense items that you only pay shipping on
or at a big discount. I have bought maybe 8-10 items from them and Everything has always been shipped within a day or two of placing the order and arrives in about 5-7 days later and honestly everything has been better quality then I expected for what you pay. Barbara in customer service responds quickly to any questions or concerns great job! I have read some negative reviews about charging people for subscriptions or charges for items that they did not want, the only reason that happens is because those people complaining DO NOT READ what they are clicking on so those complaints are totally self imposed and are not the companies fault! I am in no way receiving any compensation for writing this nor do I work for them ONLY want the record set straight! Sincerely

I had an issue with their wonky website {they try to sell you all sorts of stuff on your way to placing an order} that resulted in multiple charges against my credit card for the lone legitimate order I wanted to place: there is NO ORDER CONFIRMATION so backing out of the site does NOT cancel an order. They're impossible to contact via phone, but Barb in Customer Service really does reply to every email within a matter or hours to settle to my satisfaction

Scam...order one product and they another mire expensive product on to the order...not allowed to review...you just a notice of completed order, already charged...then they have phone number you can call...only a recording that instructs you to then use a email...use email and there is no response...they already ran the charge through
