I ordered 3 packages of a product called American Natural Super Reds for $9.95. My credit card statement shows the $9.95 debit but I never received the merchandise. I tried contacting the company by phone (***). They never answer but the recording says to email *** but when I click on CONTACT US, there is no way to type a message. This company seems to have several names (***, Freedom Writers Publishing, ***, etc.). They also list another phone number *** but someone at this number said to contact *** but I get the same results as the first address above.

There is no way for me to unsubscribe from the emails that I get from them. I get more than my share of trash emails and wish they would give active email addresses.

I wanted to share this review since I've seen some customers have had a difficult time with their orders and shipping. I ordered and paid for my ankle holsters on January 19, 2018. I was very skeptical after I ordered when I found several negative comments on the shipping. But to my pleasant surprise, today, January 26, 2018, I received my complete order, as described, shipped perfectly. I appreciate the quick shipping and nice quality of the holsters.
Ordered Renegade Gun Magnets (4) for $39.97. Receipt number ***. They have received their money, I haven't received the magnets. I have been calling and leaving voices messages to no avail. On their answering machine the instructions are to email *** and she will get right back to you. That doesn't work either. Please help me anyway you can. I am not rich and I don't like being scammed either.

I ordered 4 Renegade gun magnets and a ankel holster on Nov.21st. My bill for my card showed it posted the next day . I have yet to receive my products and have set 2 E-mails to *** because at the bottom of my receipt it said to e-mail there for any questions. No response.

We are waiting for the magnets to arrive this week. The supplier has been pushing it out and pushing it out. But we are sending your ankle holsters today so that you don't have to wait for those any longer. Our system will hold orders that have multiple items until everything is in stock. But we will override that and make sure your holsters go out today. So sorry about all this!

I ordered 10 baton flashlights, 2 belt knives and a 7in1 tac shovel the 7th of december to get them in time for x-mas presents and they never come. It is 12/28/2017 now and still have not come. Have sent 2 emails to Barb and no answer, so I wonder where my order is???

I placed an order on Nov. 4th for gun magnets and ankle holsters. I'm also beginning to question the legitimacy of this company. The money was taken out immediately but I haven't received a single item. I get a recording when I call, never a real person. Also never received my "free" gift as their apology for the delay. These were suppose to be Christmas gifts, which won't happen. I would NOT order anything from this company. Trying to decide my next move.
I had an awesome experience that I wanted to share. I know they were unbelievably slammed for the holidays, but Barb and her team got back to me quickly, answered all of my questions...and I felt that she and the whole company really cared about me and my experience. Thanks guys!

I recently purchased a flashlight baton from selfrely.com that was defective. Flashlight portion simply didn't work properly.
I e-mailed 'Barbara' (aka Customer Service Queen) and stated my problem. She said she would get me another one as replacement but were between batches. She then sent me a free survival knife (a nice one!) for my patience in waiting for my replacement. The knife is a good one, and
my replacement flashlight baton works great! Nice job, Selfrely and Customer Service Queen!

I wanted to send a very happy shout out to the folks at Freedom Writers for their American Superfood product, for several reasons. First the included flyer documentation was a very positive and informative read. Then, as suggested in the flyer, it was 3 days of using the product after which my cravings for the sweet junkfood items I would typically eat every day started to disappear. Since then I have been able to drastically cut my calorie intake and start on my journey to getting healthier with a lot more confidence than on past attempts. Thanks so much for offering this product!
I placed an order and have not received the items. I contacted the company by both phone and email. The phone calls were answered with a recording telling to use email to contact them because Barb would reply back asap. Well that hasn't worked either. I've had NO REPLYS from Barb by email either. I asked for a tracking number which I have not gotten. I want the items ordered or a FULL refund !
So sorry for your troubles ***, we are going to refund everything today, but it may take a day or two to appear on your cc statement. Really sorry about this!

This is with a product that was ordered for Super Food for samples and a bag of the food. It seems I ordered two bags and the autoship service for the food for each month. I called their posted phone number several times and was always sent to a recording saying it was easier if I would just email Barbara at the company. I never heard from Barbara but I began to look around and from the emails that I was sent Freedom Writers Pub it showed I had ordered two bags of this super food with another order for autoship for $59/mth. I didn't order this and sent emails back to cancel the entire order. Calling and emailing I still received no response from FWP.
Both Chris & Barbara, At Freedom Writers Publishing are Exceptional that they take every Client and Treat Them as They Themselves Would Want To Be Treated. They Both Go The Full Distance. Customer Satisfaction taken So Seriously, "I" made a mistake when "I" Ordered something, I Didn't Know What to do. I E-mailed them back trying to explain what I did actually I Didn't even know. Barbara E-mailed back "no problem I will take care of it right away. It Was. The next From Chris said he apologised for the Inconvenience and would I accept a free gift.

I noticed that this company immediately double-charged me for the same item Then, being suspicious, I checked for complaints against them and found that they have done this to others numerous times. So it appears to be an internet scam.
We are handling this refund now, sorry you had a bad experience!

Ms.,Last time we corresponded I noted that I might have to re-open the complaint pending the vendor's actually fulfilling their promise.Well, that has happened. They refunded the overcharge amount, not the total amount. And they never shipped any product that would have covered the non-overcharge amount. So it looks like they intend to keep all my money without shipping anything.So, I would like to re-open the complaint and demand that they refund me in full. thank you

Tried to order one item from their site but it would not allow me to continue to check out but kept trying to get me to order more stuff, I said no and now I have five charges for items I didn't order. The phone number is not valid for this company.

I am rejecting this response because: I asked that all charges be refunded. I do not want to do business with a company that tries so hard to upsell you and never gives you a way out. There was nothing about this sale that was appropriate Please stop all orders.

I would like to know if I will be receiving any information on the orders I just placed, normally when I place an order from companies I don't get charged until the shipment is sent out, please don't fail my trust in your service and be honest with me about receiving my products, when I call your office all I get is a recording and never an answer from your business which starts my questioning your service.
If I do ask for a refund on both of my products will I be given a runaround or will I have to take any further action on my part for a refund, I hope it doesn't come to this, I know I did say earlier about waiting for the back order of the two gun magnets but now I am rethinking about the 2 or 4 week wait for the product you say won't be in till that time
Similar to others that have posted I was recently charged 4 times for an order or a magnetic pistol holder and ankle holster. Phone continues to go to voicemail and I have not received a call back from my e-mails or from the message left.
Awesome company!! Couldnt be happier. Got our stuff delivered super fast. Highly recommended
