They keep send me product that I have not ordered.twice I have returned the product and they have refused to refund my money.I have demanded that they remove my name, email and billing information from their data base on 2 previous occasions. Today I received another bottle of cream. I called, very angry and spoke with a supervisor. She said she was not authorized to remove my information. I'm out $250. Please stop these people.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want a full refund of all charges and I want them to remove all of my information from their database. Finally, I do not want to be contacted ever again by mail, phone or email by this company.

Not up front on subscription info. billing for product not delivered. When you finally get them on the phone to cancel they keep billing.

I checked other statements and found one on 09/09/18 no product received. I emailed 02-02-19 to received a refund for both charges of 89.99 or product and cancel again and to receive a verification of both matters.

I would like a refund. the shady wed should be open about the subscription if you can get in it. both times i tried i did not and didn't think i get any thing at all I was surprised i got the sample. which is the same the second one i received. then finding they are billing for nothing. When i canceled on 10-27-18 and got billed for another anyways. Scam

Customer purchased multiple items from our organization and was shipped and delivered each item. The customer refused to acknowledge that they were presented the terms and conditions upon ordering. The customer was enrolled in our auto shipment program and has now been canceled.

I called on 01-05-2019 to ? 2 billings of 89.99 nether have been delivered. Also told company has sold, all the different names for billing purposes. Also that I receive an email and clicked on it after I canceled in October in which she said I agreed to reopen a membership which I did not. About not accepting supposed shipments was told to call for R.A. to get partial refund of 25% and I had pay for shipping because cosmetics are contaminated once they ship. I asked for her name first only and who she worked for, its still la revive ?

The product billed on 09-09-2018 and one 01-14-2019 for $89.99 each have not been received. When I called on 02-05-2019 I was told shipment was delayed by holidays, and yet I received my second shipment one 10-05-2018 at $45.00. Which as I said already was when I canceled subscription the first time. I am guessing they where never actually sent. Also in the call on 02-02-2019 I asked about refusing shipment and a refund which I mention in previous message at no time did I refuse. Have not spoken to anyone since.

I've been waitin way over two weeks for this refund. When I called a week ago they said it's in the process. I called today and they said there was an issue with their processor this past week and they couldn't tell me when I'll get my money back. I want my money back!!

As you can see by the picture attached they have done this to me three times , and all three times I told them I have no idea who they are. So number one I would of never updated my card infor. And second they never refunded me. Their practices are unethical and they are cooks and I want my money back.

I bought a "free sample pay shipping only" on line in August,2018 thinking that was just a "sample". About 2 weeks or so later I was shocked to find out that they charged me $89.99 for a shipment which I did not order!
I called them and they refunded me my money on 8/28/2018 confirming it per e-mail. I thought this was the end of this fraud since I told the to definitely remove my name from their list forever which they agreed. Then in November,2018 my debit card was charged again with $89.99 "order *** from Le Reviva Skin Care"
I was so mad I thought I was having a heart attack! I called them again & told them that I cancelled in August. At first, they "offered to refund 25%" but eventually refunded me the $89.99 on 11/02/2018. Again I told them to remove my name/cancel everything from their list which they agreed to do.
Today my husband found out that I was charged $89.99 AGAIN! I called the again but they refused to refund my money. We're just on Social Security & we need that money for food & medications. Help us, pls.!

This business has charged me for this product that I did not order.
I had ordered a free sample approximately one year ago of this facial cream and then received an additional jar of the cream one year after ordering the free sample. I had also been enrolled in the membership and did not see the fine print at the beginning of this process one year ago. I did not order this cream on 01/11/19. This is a scam and I will never order anything from this company again.

Do not send me any further beauty products. Do not bill my account for this product or any thing from your company. Refund the amount of 89.00 to my credit card immediately. Do not communicate with me any further after crediting my account.

Not refunding money after they have received the product I sent back. Customer service rep are rude, they hang up during a conversation

Cancel product in August 2018. This company repeatedly debited my account each month. I called each month to tell them I had cancelled my orders. I never opened the product boxes. Finally in December they said to return the products and then I would get the credit of the returns. I returned 5 boxes of product with two boxes containing 2 products for $89.99. They received all the boxes on Jan. 2, 2019 and have not given me my credit. They say it was a "systems error" and they have to send it to home office to get manually put in. Tried to speaking with the Alicia (manager) and she hangs up on my phone calls. Nor she will return my calls. This company is nothing but a scam.

I have not been refunded in full. I was charged $1079 and only credited $356. I returned all products like they said to do but have not received the refunds. This company is nothing but a scam.

Company continues to bill even after notification to stop
In June 2018 "trial offer" purchased; Phone notification given to company as my wife was allergic to their product so it was cancelled. They did not acknowledge the cancelation, they say no record of the phone call. They continued to send product and bill, the shipments were "refused" and returned. They claim a "refused" package does not qualify as a "cancellation". I believe this to be a very desceptive practice. We have been billed for 4 products and they are refusing to acknowledge the earlier phone calls to cancel.

Requesting a full refund of charges on June 16, July 1, July 14, July 16 and October 23.

Company offered a free trial for the total of shipping costs and did not disclose it would automatically bill and continue to send after two weeks.
Company offered free trial of skin care products with no risk guaranty and did not disclose automatic renewal program. Also, disguised their name on billing statements to my credit card company as Mega Muscle Advance. Com to fraudulently hide their name in hopes their bill woul not be disputed. When discovered, I called and canceled the account in Sept. of 2018. Today I received in the mail in a box with no identifying address except Fullfillment Center. I opened the shipping box and in it was more of the product.

I immediately called the company and was told an email was sent out in November to past customers and if you clicked on it you were automatically renewed. I would never have done this because I did not want the product after the first scam. I was told my card had already been charged and in order to get a refund I had to send it back and was given a long RM A number. I was also told another package would be coming and I had to send that back separately and get another RMA number and pay for return shipping on both packages. Further I was told that I could not get a refund if the shipping box was opened which is absurd since there was no way to find out who it was from or what was inside the box without opening it. I asked for all my information be deleted from their data banks and was told it would be but have no faith this won't keep happening because of my prior dealings with this company.

I want all charges for this product that have been paid other than the initial shipping costs for the trial products to be refunded to me and for this company or any of their other scam company names to never contact me again.

I recently received face creme from le reviva. I didnt authorize them to do this or bill me for anything. they said they would refund me 30% of my amount I said no.. either all of it or I turn it over to Revdex.com. and stop payment at my bank they said they would refund. I will make sure they do.

Cancel subscription but was reactivated 2 months after by the company
A pop up ad appeared on my face book page for a product of Tv personality Hoda Kotb for face cream so I ordered Le Reviva face & eye cream trail sample on August 10,2018 @2:32pm and received by regular mail on 8/16/18. Was charge $4.95 on 8/11/18 under Miraclebuttlift.com 888-427-8650 FLXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX X/10 & on 8/14/18 $4.95 under Skincarerevo.com 888-309-4336 FXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX X/10. On Aug 24 received pending charge of $89.99 888-309-4336 was on phone for 45 minutes before talking to supervisor Danielle *** to cancel and was told I had to cancel within 14 days from order not delivery date on face cream (18 days on eye cream) and a offer to return $44.99 received confirmation email on 8/25/18 that my subscriptions have been cancelled and on 8/28/18 was charged 89.99 Skincarevo 888-3094336 F XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX X/24and also on 8/28/19refunded $44.99 purchase return Skincare 888-309-4336 VXXXXXXXXXXX FXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX X/24. So I paid a total of $54.99 for the two samples. I thought everything was ok but on October 31, 2018 a new pending charge of $89.99 under Maxweightnow.com 888-345-4017 appeared called my bank and was told this is the same company I has the problem with in August I called after waiting 45 minutes to hour I finally spoke with supervisor LaRay and was told someone started the monthly subscription I told her I never email or called to reactivate the subscription and she stated I would be refunded the full amount which was charged and refunded on Nov 2, 2018 888-345-4017 NDXXXXXXXXXXXXIND100 10/31.

This customer ordered multiple products from us all of which had an auto shipment program and a trial program. The customer was made aware of these in the terms and conditions and opted in via a checkbox. The customer contacted our call center and we issued a full refund for any charges she was disputed. This customer has been refunded in full.

On today January 9,2019 I was again charged $89.99 from
Le Reviva but under the name of My Body Regime.com #8886721190 ***. Called talk to representative Crystal *** was told once again someone click on a link to reactivate the account I told her that is what they said back in October and was told they cancel me with all of their companies which wasn't true. Crystal promised today she will refund me the $89.99 and again will remove my name from their records. If possible could you please help in getting my name out of their system.

Incorrectly charged for product I didn't order.
I was charged $89.99 for skin care product I didn't ordered. The name on the shipping order is similar to mine. the person that should have received the order lives in TX and I live in WA. I have been trying to get my credit card refunded for 4 months. The reason Le Reviva has my credit card information is because I had ordered a free trial but retuned the skin care product once I realized they were charging my cc every month. I asked them to delete my account. Three months later in October 2018, I get more cream delivered to me and see my CC was charged again. The order was to go to a person in TX with a similar name but I was charged for their cream.

I have called four times to get my money back and have been given several different reasons why I have not been refunded....systems issues and aren't able to provide refunds at this time, customer service person forgot to put in my request for a refund...etc.....

Refusal to refund money when product was not ordered or received.
I am a 79 year old widow living in an assisted living facility on a fixed income. I did not order the face cream. I did not receive it either. I don't know how the company got my debit card number. I reported this purchase to my bank as fraud. The bank said they could not treat it as fraud because the company has my debit card number. My daughter called "the company" but really all you can get is a call center. They said if I had not disputed the charge with the bank they would have worked with me and given me a refund. But since I did report it as fraud (which I did and still do think it is), they are "unable" to give me a refund. No one can tell my daughter why they are "unable" which means they just choose not to give the money back because they don't think vulnerable people will fight back. The manager I talked to "Alisha" told me that for "security reasons" they couldn't give me any contact info for the actual Le Reviva company. She hung up on my daughter when my daughter insisted on contact information so we can file a cliam in small claims court against the company to try to get my money back. We cannot find contact information on the internet. This is a scam preying on older people like myself who don't know much about using the internet. .

I cancelled my account in September but now suddenly they billed for another $89.99 under a different company name, they say because I opened email.
Started out with a trial of face cream and then got charged for another month and found out by calling that I was signed up for a monthly service. Shame on me for not reading the fine print, but anyway I was able to cancel the subscription and thought I was done with these people. That was in September. Now it's almost December and I received another $89.99 charge to my account by these same people but under yet another different company name (Max Weight Loss Now). When I called to ask them what's going on they told me that based on an email I opened from them (no recollection of this!) that gave them authorization to start billing me again! *** How do these people continue to operate a business? I instructed the lady on the phone to remove my name and contact information from their system and never attempt to contact me again and that I would be filing a complaint with the Revdex.com. This company needs to be shut down for good! They are nothing but scammers!

I would like to be assured that they will never contact me or try to bill me for one of their products ever again. I don't even know what makes them think that I "opted in" for another product from them. THEY ARE A SCAM!!

Le Reviva had a popup advertisement on Facebook in mid August for a sample of their eye cream and face cream, used by Nicole K and offered as a sample for $4.95 each. I gave my credit card number after reading the ad and purchased both products. If there was a disclosure I did not see it and I had no hard copy to retain for verification. Chase Bank called me in latter September to ask if I had authorized four payments of $89.99 each to Le Reviva, Tri Diamond and Young Forever. I assured them I did not. They withdrew the payments and advised me to cancel my credit card. I immediately called Le Reviva and asked how they could run such a scam. The girl answering the customer service line said my payments had been refunded and there was nothing more they needed to do. A few days later I received a package from Le Reviva which I marked "Return to Sender" as I want nothing more to do with the company which is a scam.

Today my bank called me to say they had returned a total of $369.86 from my credit card to Le Reviva because it appears I authorized membership in a monthly club for their products and since I did not cancel my membership within two weeks of ordering the samples they were entitled to the funds.

I called Le Reviva back today at 9:32 a.m. and spoke to Josephine in Customer Service at ***. She said in order to be refunded for the product I returned I should have completed an RMA form and since I did not, they did not need to refund my funds. She also advised that since I did not cancel my membership within two weeks of purchasing the samples, they were entitled to the funds.

Young Forever charged my credit card on 9/4/18 for $89.99. Tri Diamond charged my credit card $89.99 on 9/6/18. Young Forever charged my credit card $89.99 on 9/18/18. Tri Diamond charged my credit card $89.99 on 9/22/18. I've no product except for my two samples but this company, going by three names, has $369.86 that is my money.
