This company sent and billed me for a lot more products than I wanted. They assured me they have a 60 day money back guarantee. I sent back most.
I meant to order only 1 bottle of Keta BHB Real. Instead the order was placed for a lot more items. Totaling $279.99 charged to my credit card. I called the next day and they said it was already shipped but I could send it back within 60 days and get my money back as they have a full 60 day money back guarantee. The order was placed on 3/25/20 advertised as Free Keto BHB I called them at 1 855-810-8652 the following morning. They told me they'd honor their guarantee. I sent all back but the one Free Keto BHB.4/20/20 to arrive 4/27/20 USPS tracking #XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX . I never received a refund. When I called them the recording said to email them at [email protected]. No response from the email either. My order # is XXXXXX Payment was mastercard for $199.99 + 80.00. Totaling $279.99

I sent for 5 bottles of KETONow pills, which I was charged $199.99 and they also sent me 2 bottles of Turmeric & 1 bottle each of Green Coffee Cleanse & Garcinia, which I was charged $80.00 for. I tried the KETO pills for 30 days with no results of weight loss. I have contacted the company on 3 different occasions to get my money back (guarantee) on these products and to find out where to return the products to but to no avail. I was contacted on May 16th from Customer Service but have not heard back from them on the emails I sent them on June 4, June 10th and June 16th. I am willing to send back the products if they'll refund the money I've paid on my credit card. Please advise as to what I should do. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.

My husband called Reviva Cust service again. Re-hashed story. Was told I could get 25% refund of my $89.99. WHAT?! THey told him to open the package but he refused sighting that PO would not take it as "refusal" if it was opened. Rep said, "we do this all the time!" Hmmm. Husband opened package. Packing list was for someone else!!! Husband cried SCAM and "Megan" hung up on him.
I returned to PO to follow up with Postman who said he might be able to find my package if I knew the date I mailed back the refusal. I didn't have it. I re-called Reviva Cust Service and spoke with "John". John said, "No Megan works here." I told him I wanted a refund and to be permanently (again) deleted from their system. He said I had re-enrolled in December by opening an email from them and clicking the button, "Rush order" and they could trace it back to my IP address in my home. Nope! I did no such thing.
I should ship it back (on my bill)but only get a 25% refund. They would be "throwing it away as used skin care since it had already been shipped" out to customer.I saw that I was getting no where with the refund so I just addressed my latest concern. The packing slip was NOT TO ME! Someone in AL was not getting their "order" and I was. What should I do? He contacted supervisor:"You should Send it to the address in the box." "ME? Who's paying shipping?" John: "We will. PO will bill us."
Me: "What if they don't, because the box has been opened?" John,"they can call Cust Serv #." Me: "But the woman in AL would be getting "used" skincare from me." John: "True. This is the MOST RIDICULOUS STUPID scam I've heard of. The Postal Clerk was very helpful and told me to report this company to the Postal Inspector, cancel my CC, and report this business to the Revdex.com. Do NOT fall for their nonsense.

La Reviva credited back my card for ONLY ONE transaction. There were TWO fraudulent transactions that need to be reimbursed. I checked with my Credit Card company and got confirmation that only ONE had been received. Transactions were on December 24, 2018 (which was refunded last week only after my complaint) and again on 1/24/19 for $89.99 from ULTIMATEMALEBOOST.com. La Reviva did not resolve the issue. They only resolved HALF of the refunds. I have wasted HOURS of my life on this fraud!

I am due TWO refunds of $89.99. Last time I checked they had only refunded one of the transactions. They charged my card twice, I dispute both (and ALL) transactions with this company. I purchased Le Reviva's trial Size face cream in November of 2018. I knew I had to return it within 14 days if I didn't like it so I wouldn't be charged or sent any additional shipments so I did that. A few weeks later I received a full size order of face cream and a serum in which I did not order. I called them and told them that I had canceled during my trial period so why was I sent this? They told me that I clicked on a link to reactivate my account which I didn't. Then I told them that I want to return this and be refunded. They told me that I can only receive 25% back of my purchase price because it is a cosmetic and they can't take it back. I told them that I didn't click on an email and would like to be refunded the $180 that I was charged. They said that I would have to talk to a manager in which I did after days of trying to get in contact with one. She said the same thing...that I can only be refunded 25% of the purchase price which was $89.99 for the cream and $89.99 for the serum in which I never ordered. I had to return it with very specific directions and get a tracking number or I wouldn't receive my refund of 25%. Well, I never did get the refund even with following return instructions and having a tracking number. After a few weeks later, I received another cream even after I made sure to tell them to cancel my account. Then 4 more spread out in a span of 2 months each charged at $89.99. I have called multiple times asking to speak to a manager and they are not available. I finally had to cancel my credit card with my bank and file a complaint with my credit card company. I've been charged close to $600 from this company fraudulently. After researching this company online, I found that there are numerous complaints that are exactly like my experience.

I ended up paying to return items to only get 25% back...that is what they told me that I could get because it is not hygienic to return cosmetics. They didn't even give me that 25% back! I have specifically requested that they remove my contact information and credit card information from their database but that is clearly not happening. This company was deceptive in its charges for the product. They renewed my account and sent products and charged my credit card without my consent.
It started sometime in August 2018. I saw an ad for a beauty cream saying that you could get samples for a 14 day trial. I never received the samples, but all of a sudden I kept receiving products. When I called on 9/23/2018, an agent returned my call right away and said that my account was canceled. The next day, I received an e-mail stating that my account/subscriptions had been canceled. On March 9th, I received a box in the mail with the product. I had not renewed or authorized this product to be sent to me. I e-mailed customer support and sent the product back. I called customer support on 3/12/2019 and was told that I renewed my account in December 2018 which was not with my consent. I asked to have my account information deleted and everything canceled. She stated that I would have an e-mail stating the cancellation which I received on 3-13-2019. Agent 004 stated that I had two more shipments coming and that there was nothing that she could do about it. I told her that I didn't want the products and she said that I could send them back and that I had to pay to get the products, which I did not authorize, shipped to their facility. I received two more products within the same week on 3/14/2019 and 3/15/2019. The company had charged my credit card since December and I had just received the products, three in two weeks, in March. I had no idea that I was being charged.
I sent one of my orders back, and I called on 3/16/2019 to make sure that it arrived and was told that it won't be looked at as returned because I did not ask for an RMA number to put on the box to get a partial refund. I asked for two RMA numbers for the next two products and was told that the system was having difficulty generating the numbers and could I call back on Monday 3/18/2019.

In response, I am including a tracking receipt of one of the products that I returned. I was never given a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. I sent the merchandise back and need to be compensated. The evidence that it is in your possession is supported by the shipping document attached from UPS. I have two products that I have not returned as of yet because I need RMA numbers. I never placed these orders dated March 4th and 6th 2019 or renewed my account. When I canceled in September 2018, I canceled permanently. I never clicked on e-mail to renew my account. This is not a resolution since I did return a product and have evidence to support it. Once I have the RMA numbers, I will send the other two orders back. I would like refunds for these products since they were salaciously ordered.

I ordered two products back in the fall, namely Le Reviva Ageless Face Cream and the Eye Serum. I was not happy with the products and had a terrible time cancelling the subscription back then. I received another shipment of these products on Feb. 17, 2019, which I NEVER ordered. The manager with whom I spoke, Kristal, told me I reactivated my account in December via an email from the support team at Le Reviva. Not only did I not reorder the products, but I never received such an email. The last correspondence from this company I have is a refund confirmation from my first order dated October 5, 2018. I would NEVER have reordered products I didn't like at the very inflated price of $90 EACH! I was told that the most I could receive in refunds was 25% if I paid to have the items shipped back or 15% if I didn't pay to ship them back. I asked for the name of the CEO/CFO of the company or someone in charge with whom I could speak and was told there was no such person. I find it hard to believe that there is no person in charge. This company has fraudulent business practices and in my opinion is a scam. I am extremely unhappy with this company and it's unscrupulous sales tactics.

I agree that I received refund for the first 2 comments. That was back in October of 2018. At that time, I cancelled my subscription and DID NOT agree to reinstate it. I have since received three unauthorized shipments .and LeReviva had only offered to refund 25% with me paying return shipment. That's approximately $30 back for $180 in unauthorized charges. This is an unacceptable scam.

First, I was charged for 6 shipments (see attached) and refunded for 4 shipments not 5, only after filing this complaint. After originally requesting to cancel my account they sent an email stating they had refunded $45, but this was never received to my account (verified by Wells Fargo).
Upon speaking with them on 3/13/2019 Le Reviva stated it is their policy to only refund 25% of funds. Upon speaking with them on 3/19/2019 to get a Return Authorization Number, I was told they do not want the product returned because my account is closed.
The first 2 tracking numbers provided in their Revdex.com response are not valid USPS tracking numbers and do not match what we received on 3/15/2019 (again after complaint was filed). Yet, I was charged months before product was shipped.
This company operates in a very disreputable manner. I now have discovered there are many similar complaints about this company on the internet.
The actual amount was misstated in my original complaint. It should be $539.94 not $724.87. They have refunded $359.96 and still owe me $179.98.
Despite the legally binding agreement you engaged into when signing up via checking our terms & conditions box, prior to ever giving us a payment, we issued you multiple refunds and at this point we are taking a loss. We have sent product and issued refunds and we are unable to help further.

In the event that we are unable to process the regular monthly subscription fee of $89.99, we will attempt to bill you at discounted rate of $71.99. If we are still unable to process the monthly subscription fee at the discounted rate of $36.00. If after all these attempts we still are unsuccessful at processing the monthly subscription fee, we will cancel your subscription and terminate your account. No other charges will be attempted and no further orders will be processed. By signing up to our 14 day trial offer you are agreeing to these terms. Was charged for product I never ordered- retuned product (&paid for shipping)-never received refund. Called to ask about refund and phone # is gone.
On 1/11/19 I ordered La Reviva Ageless Face Creme Sample which I was supposed to pay for shipping only and see if I liked it. As soon as I got it they sent me another small bottle and automatically charged my credit card $89.99. When I called they told me that I had signed up for a monthly subscription (this was no where in the 'sample'order that I signed). I said I wanted to cancel and I wanted to return the product that I had so they gave me an address to return it to. On 1/18/19 I paid $10.50 in postage to return the unopened product to them at 11551 East 45th Ave. Ste. C in Denver, CO.
On 3/12/19 I still hadn't received a refund so I tried to call the company at the phone number in the invoice I had (888-264-2897) and the phone number is disconnected!
I would like a ferund of my money. At least the $89.99 that I returned to them but I should also get the $$10.50 I spent on postage since I thik this compaany is not running a very honest company!!!!!!

None of the info. they provide is true. I returned the product on 1/18/19 (my attachments included the Post Office recpt. w/tracking#). I never received any refund(s) from them. Today I checked my credit card account for the last 5 months to make sure there was no refund I might have missed and I saw that this company charged me another $89.99 on 11/27/18 that I did not see (probably for the original "sample" product that I was supposed to pay only shipping for!)
On 3/19/19 I told my credit card co. about the 12/27/18 $89.99 charge and they gave me a credit but I think you need to know that this company is taking advantage of people and doing business VERY DISHONESTLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A refund of $134.99 was agreed to by youngforeverskin on 10/22/2018 and on 11. 27, 2018 and on Jan. 29, 2019 but they have not fulfilled their promise
On Oct. 22, 2018 we spoke to Benita of this company and she promised to refund $134.99 to us.This did not happen. On Nov. 27,2018 we spoke wit Josephine of that company and she promised to refund this $134.99 within 2 wks. This did not happen. On Jan. 29, 2019 we spoke with Shelly of that company and she promised to refund our $134.99 within 48 hrs. This did not happen. We need to have our refund of $134.99 send to us!

This vendor has NOT satisfied our requests. They have not done what they promised to do three months in a row. As for not returning the product, we asked to return it on Nov. 27, 2018 and were told not to do so.
The vendor's statements do not reflect what they promised to do. We do not accept the vendor's response and are completely dissatisfied.
