On March 16 I bought a "try it before you buy it" lash/brow serum for just the cost of shipping-- $8. After I finished my purchase, their policy popped up stating if I did not call to cancel 14 days after receiving my product, I would be charged $149.95. Seeing that, I panicked and called their customer service to cancel. They said they would not delete my card info and my account would remain active until I recieved the trial and then in would have 14 days to cancel before being charged $149.95. FINE. I receive the product on March 22. I check my bank account on March 25. They've taken $1 and then $149.95. I call to cancel and demand a refund and they won't of course.
Seeing as their policy is clearly stated online, and I have a phone record and bank statement record of the time frame of money withdrawal and order placement, I went to my bank and signed a legal document and now they're going after them.
horrible product, horrible business, fraud alert!! scam!!! can't say enough bad things about it. Total rip off

Warning to consumers: this company is also called LASHSERUMplus, same address though.I ordered a $10 product. A month after receiving it, I received another product I had not ordered ( a tube of mascara) with a bill for $89.95 to my credit card and the description "Renewed subscription". I called to get the charge removed, stating I never had or renewed a subscription. The Rep repeatedly argued that I did (I imagine they had some very fine print), offered my only $20, and ignored my repeated requests to talk to a supervisor. After my threat to consult legal counsel, he talked to a supervisor, offered me $60. I insisted on a full refund and he only then told me how to return the product and get a full refund, something he obviously wasn't going to tell me unless I stood my ground. Please beware.
I am,extremely dissatisfied with this business. I thought my price was 7.95 and then I got a charge for 150.00. Called then and got a refund for 90.00 and I thought it was done. Today I got another charge off my banking account for 75.65. I called again and they just don't take no for an answer. They do not release information to the public about thevery process on this product. Not a happy customer.
1. It is not possible to validate that a product will work within TEN days of use. The terms & conditions should be updated to reflect that the FOURTEEN DAY TRIAL STARTS AFTER the RECEIPT of the product. It is not fair that the trial start date is from the date of order. It also does not cost much more to have confirmation of receipt for all the mailing of products to ensure the start date of the trial.
2. It's outrageous that someone should be charged a full $149.95 for a product that cannot be shown to work within TEN DAYS of use. This "natural remedy" product is not worth that much money!
3. NO DIRECTIONS WERE GIVEN with the product!!! I had to look up the directions online! What kind of product is this to not have the directions printed on the bottle?!
4. The product does not work. I followed the directions I HAD TO LOOK UP ONLINE and no, I have not seen any improvement in my eyelashes whatsoever.
5. I am absolutely horrified that the customer service would not issue a refund whatsoever because I CALLED outside of the supposed FOURTEEN DAY trial. When I had discovered that I was charged, it was too late to call, but I still sent an email. Why does that not count for anything??

This company Lash Renew is full of crap! I made the mistake like so many others have and bought into this bs. I was charged $7.95 for shipping they were offering brow renew too so I thought ok I will try that too it was supposed to be for free since I was ordering the lash renew no got charged for that shipping too $7.95. Then in the box was some anti aging cream LaDrem never signed up for that but was charged $9.95. And it all came in one shipping envelope. After I received the package I attempted to contact the company because the brow renew wasn't as it was shown. No answer I must have tried calling 10-15 times and sent emails no response. Had to contact my bank to put a fraud charge and stop payment against them.
I called on 8/09/16 to cancel my "subscription" immediately since I do not like the consistency of the product and additionally do not see any results. They agreed to cancel immediately. Two days later, 08/11/16 a charge for $89.95 shows up on my bank account. I called today when I saw it, 08/23/16 and they said that they mailed product on 08/09/16, thus the charge. I did not receive anything from them and they refuse to reverse the charge. BUYER BEWARE!
COMPANY IS TERRIBLE - everything about this company is misleading. The product was advertised as a trial. I was charged 7.95, then I was charged 149.95. I contacted the business, but they said I agreed and it was a valid charge (TRIAL product). I NEVER opened the product, and now I threw it directly in the trash. My first contact, they refunded $90/the original $149.95. Two weeks later, the company again charged me $89.95- I contacted them again (spoke to the same rep) and again was told it was a valid charge (i told them to review the recording from the 1st phone call, where I clearly state 4-5 times that I'm unsatisfied and they do not have permission to make any more charges on my account and that all charges are INVALID, except the original $7.95). Now, I have only been refunded $60, of the second $89.95 charge.
False advertising! The "free trial" is absolutely false! They say they'll let you cancel with zero hassle however a 20 minute conversation later the customer service representative refused to hear me say "NO, CANCEL ME AND DO NOT CHARGE ME $149" she insisted I must try the product first. and I'd yell "NO, cancel me" then she'd say "ok.... I'll just charge your card $89 instead of the full $149... and again I had to continue to yell no before he hung up on me.... They try to take advantage of you . Finally she claimed to have canceled me but said if I don't send the product back they'll charge me $149..... I asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisor. ... they refuse to let that happen then say "she's on the line and will call you back" and of course she never did! A "company" like this disgust me and should be ashamed of themselves! Very unprofessional.
Ms E.C. review is correct! Exact same experience with customer service Joy & Cybil... They all fooling their customers, such a bad company! When I ask to talk to the supervisor there's a lot of allibys! They are all unprofessional & don't know how to handle customers...very disappointed! That's all I can say! Don't trust this company Lash Renew... They need to be investigated & eventually be cancelled to do business in the US
Wish I had checked this company out before trialing their Lash Renew. Called to cancel, woman would not allow me to--said I had to keep trialing for full 14 days. Told me to trial for another week, would only charge $29.99. what happened to the cancel at anytime- no hassels...,,, now have a charge for $149.99, refused to give me their business license when I called so I could report their business practice.. Have disputed credit card charge but there is no paper work provided from the company-- product comes in a small simple envelope without a receipt. Nothing to prove except phone call contact. BIg Big mistake --hope to help others avoid this company.
This company are scammers. I ordered lash/brow serum and upon cancelling they said I needed to return product. This is not in any information they supply. Don't order anything!
Never received the sample, company admitted it was sent to the wrong address and returned. No notification to me; however, they did manage to bill me $149.95 for the first shipment, which I also did not receive. When I asked for a refund, they started with $80.00 and went up in increments to $110.00. At my continued insistence, they agreed to refund the $149.95 (we'll see if that happens); however, would not refund they sample price because they say I typed in my previous address (where I haven't lived for over a year).
The first person hung up on me. And neither he nor the second person I spoke with would allow me to speak with a supervisor (in a meeting). When I inquired as to whether the supervisor had a voice-mail or e-mail I was refused both. The second person I spoke to, said he had to terminate the call as he had other customers to deal with. I DON'T DOUBT THAT.
This place is a SCAM!! I called during my trial period of lash and brow renew products to cancel, 2 days later my credit card was charged $149.95! When I called to dispute this and demand a refund I was repeatedly talked over and hung up on. I asked them how they kept track of calls, was it a manual entry or did their system automatically keep track to which I was told "the supervisor is the one who enters that information in manually" since they didn't have a record of me calling previously. I told her that I wanted to speak to the supervisor who just happened to not be there (how are they keeping this record if they are not even there?!). They called me back and after I threatened to report their business I was offered a $50 refund, I told them I wanted a full refund since it was charged after I cancelled and they made the mistake, she then said if I sent back the product I MIGHT get a full refund but it is up to their corporate office. This is BS!! Do not purchase from this company! The product does not work and they will continue to charge after cancelling!! During both conversations with them they never asked for any verifying information from me in regards to ensuring I was who I said I was, or even that they knew who they were speaking to.
