This company sells a worthless product and makes money by people not reading the fine print that you have to seek out to see. I was charged $149.99 for "free" lash grower because Lash Renew gambles that people will not read the terms, and by the time the charge shows up on a credit card bill, it is already too late for reimbursement.

1. It is not possible to validate that a product will work within TEN days of use. The terms & conditions should be updated to reflect that the FOURTEEN DAY TRIAL STARTS AFTER the RECEIPT of the product. It is not fair that the trial start date is from the date of order. It also does not cost much more to have confirmation of receipt for all the mailing of products to ensure the start date of the trial.
2. It's outrageous that someone should be charged a full $149.95 for a product that cannot be shown to work within TEN DAYS of use. This "natural remedy" product is not worth that much money!
3. NO DIRECTIONS WERE GIVEN with the product!!! I had to look up the directions online! What kind of product is this to not have the directions printed on the bottle?!
4. The product does not work. I followed the directions I HAD TO LOOK UP ONLINE and no, I have not seen any improvement in my eyelashes whatsoever.
5. I am absolutely horrified that the customer service would not issue a refund whatsoever because I CALLED outside of the supposed FOURTEEN DAY trial. When I had discovered that I was charged, it was too late to call, but I still sent an email. Why does that not count for anything??
I was extremely dissatisfied with the product, terms & conditions, and the service. It's awful!

I called on 8/09/16 to cancel my "subscription" immediately since I do not like the consistency of the product and additionally do not see any results. They agreed to cancel immediately. Two days later, 08/11/16 a charge for $89.95 shows up on my bank account. I called today when I saw it, 08/23/16 and they said that they mailed product on 08/09/16, thus the charge. I did not receive anything from them and they refuse to reverse the charge. BUYER BEWARE!

Warning to consumers: this company is also called LASHSERUMplus, same address though.I ordered a $10 product. A month after receiving it, I received another product I had not ordered ( a tube of mascara) with a bill for $89.95 to my credit card and the description "Renewed subscription". I called to get the charge removed, stating I never had or renewed a subscription. The Rep repeatedly argued that I did (I imagine they had some very fine print), offered my only $20, and ignored my repeated requests to talk to a supervisor. After my threat to consult legal counsel, he talked to a supervisor, offered me $60. I insisted on a full refund and he only then told me how to return the product and get a full refund, something he obviously wasn't going to tell me unless I stood my ground. Please beware.

Ordered online, then read the fine print. Within 10 minutes called to cancel my order, they refused. Said it had already been shipped. It was a free sample but had to pay shipping. Of course, that's how they make their money, is the shipping and handling charges. As I said, refused to cancel order within 10 minutes. Never again.

It was an unauthorized charge to my account! No receipt notifying me of the $149 charge. I've started an investigation case on them with my bank to get that part back and I urge anyone else to do the same! I Absolutely experienced the same thing: False advertising! The "free trial" is absolutely false! They say they'll let you cancel with zero hassle however a 20 minute conversation later the customer service representative refused to hear me say "NO, CANCEL ME AND DO NOT CHARGE ME $149" she insisted I must try the product first. and I'd yell "NO, cancel me" then she'd say "ok.... I'll just charge your card $89 instead of the full $149... and again I had to continue to yell no before he hung up on me.... They try to take advantage of you . Finally she claimed to have canceled me but said if I don't send the product back they'll charge me $149..... I asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisor. ... they refuse to let that happen then say "she's on the line and will call you back" and of course she never did! A "company" like this disgust me and should be ashamed of themselves! Very unprofessional.

I recently just purchased a 14 day trial. Which was ok but they start from the day you order and not receive it. Therefore technically your not getting to try for 14days and do not get to see it the product actually works. Then you will be charged automatically if you don't remember to call and cancel. They do not place the info on the receipt after you purchase either which I believe is a way that not help customers remember to cancel account.

Lash-Renew's TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT is a complete fabrication. Lash-Renew intends to charge lots of money automatically and periodically without your knowledge or explicit permission. I spent an hour on hold waiting for customer service. When I finally got through, I tried to cancel my "subscription" to which I never knowingly agreed. In order to cancel this "subscription", it cost me $29.95 (after reading other reviews I was lucky--others were charged $149!), in addition to the initial "trial" cost of shipping and handling of $7.95. I am sure there is some fine print somewhere (not obvious at all) that allows this company to get away with this trickery. This is a scam--don't fall for it.

I ordered a trial size of lash renew togive it a try. I was unable to try it right away so I called the company and they extended my trial date. Two days later I recieved a full size of lash renew and they had already withdrew money from my bank account. I gave it a try for a week and it was absolutely horrible!! The product was oily and got into my eyes and burned. I just thought I needed to give it a little time but it got worse and I had blurred vision the next day! I called the company, explained the situation and told them that I would send the unopened product back and would like a refund. They refused to give me a refund! I have never heard of a company refusing a refund if you're not happy with the product, especially if the product causes physical distress and pain!! I would STRONGLY recommend staying away from this product and this company that absolutely does not care about their customers or our health!!

Please Do Not Order From This Company!!!!! They advertise on Yahoo that you can get a start up kit for $7.95......Which you do; but after you place the order....at the very bottom of the page in tiny print is a disclaimer that states....."if you do not cancel within 30 days they will charge your credit card $149.00 every month." I ordered on the 3rd and they had charged my credit card $149.00 + $1.00 by the 17th.

DO NOT do business with this company. They are a rip off. I order a $7.95 sample and was billed for 89.95! Attempted to get refund, was told this was a subscription. Would like my money back!

I ordered this product for $7.95 online. Apparently someone in some small print which I still could not find the true price of this product is $149.95 which will be charged to you 15 days after you receive it. The problem is the product does not work. So now I paid $149.95 for something and got nothing out of it. Don't buy this product unless you don't mind giving out that kind of money.

Finally he claimed to have canceled me but said if I don't send the product back they'll charge me $149..... So now I'm scared they're re-sending used products to customers. I received this product as a "try free" but after filling out the info and hitting send nothing happened. I received no email nothing to say I had placed an order. I left for two months came home to two packages and a third showed up soon after. I called explained the situation they gave me time to try the product but failed to tell me I would not be getting my money back even though the two had never been opened. The product did nothing except cause eye irritation problems costing me an additional $230 Px and my lashes started falling out. I feel this is scam. I was told it was my fault I was supposed to leave it on 10 minutes and wipe it off but there were no directions with the product and even though they said it was on the website there was nothing there to tell me not to leave it on. This was an expensive "FREE GIFT"

AWFUL!!! I called the day of ordering after I noticed the fine print at the bottom and saw how expensive this was going to be! I was told I could not cancel. I called 3 times thereafter and every time I called they told me to try it and that they would extend my trial period and that I wouldn't be charged anything. After calling the last time, I noticed a week later my account was charged $59.95! I called them to dispute it and was told that they already charged me, so that they couldn't reverse it! I got them to cancel my account FINALLY, but this company was totally false advertising! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They claim no hassle cancellation, but that was obviously not true.

Just some oil in an empty mascara tube with no instructions and no invoice or company info. Burns and causes blurry vision. Then .. in 2 weeks I was charged 149.00 on my bank account!! Still waiting on a call back. DON'T DO IT!
