I called on 8/09/to cancel my "subscription" immediately since I do not like the consistency of the product and additionally do not see any results They agreed to cancel immediately Two days later, 08/11/a charge for $shows up on my bank account I called today when I saw it, 08/23/and they said that they mailed product on 08/09/16, thus the charge I did not receive anything from them and they refuse to reverse the charge BUYER BEWARE!

Ms E.Creview is correct! Exact same experience with customer service Joy & CybilThey all fooling their customers, such a bad company! When I ask to talk to the supervisor there's a lot of allibys! They are all unprofessional & don't know how to handle customers...very disappointed! That's all I can say! Warning to consumers: this company is also called LASHSERUMplus, same address though.I ordered a $productA month after receiving it, I received another product I had not ordered ( a tube of mascara) with a bill for $to my credit card and the description "Renewed subscription"I called to get the charge removed, stating I never had or renewed a subscriptionThe Rep repeatedly argued that I did (I imagine they had some very fine print), offered my only $20, and ignored my repeated requests to talk to a supervisorAfter my threat to consult legal counsel, he talked to a supervisor, offered me $I insisted on a full refund and he only then told me how to return the product and get a full refund, something he obviously wasn't going to tell me unless I stood my groundPlease beware

It was an unauthorized charge to my account! No receipt notifying me of the $charge I've started an investigation case on them with my bank to get that part back and I urge anyone else to do the same! I Absolutely experienced the same thing: advertising! The "free trial" is absolutely false! They say they'll let you cancel with zero hassle however a minute conversation later the customer service representative refused to hear me say "NO, CANCEL ME AND DO NOT CHARGE ME $149" she insisted I must try the product firstand I'd yell "NO, cancel me" then she'd say "okI'll just charge your card $instead of the full $and again I had to continue to yell no before he hung up on meThey try to take advantage of you Finally she claimed to have canceled me but said if I don't send the product back they'll charge me $I asked repeatedly to speak with a supervisorthey refuse to let that happen then say "she's on the line and will call you back" and of course she never did! A "company" like this disgust me and should be ashamed of themselves! Very unprofessional

COMPANY IS TERRIBLE - everything about this company is misleadingThe product was advertised as a trialI was charged 7.95, then I was charged I contacted the business, but they said I agreed and it was a valid charge (TRIAL product)i NEVER opened the product, and now I threw it directly in the trashMy first contact, they refunded $90/the original $Two weeks later, the company again charged me $89.95- I contacted them again (spoke to the same rep) and again was told it was a valid charge (i told them to review the recording from the 1st phone call, where I clearly state 4-times that I'm unsatisfied and they do not have permission to make any more charges on my account and that all charges are INVALID, except the original $7.95)Now, I have only been refunded $60, of the second $charge

I ordered this product for $onlineApparently someone in some small print which I still could not find the true price of this product is $which will be charged to you days after you receive itThe problem is the product does not workSo now I paid $for something and got nothing out of itDon't buy this product unless you don't mind giving out that kind of money

It is not possible to validate that a product will work within TEN days of useThe terms & conditions should be updated to reflect that the FOURTEEN DAY TRIAL STARTS AFTER the RECEIPT of the productIt is not fair that the trial start date is from the date of orderIt also does not cost much more to have confirmation of receipt for all the mailing of products to ensure the start date of the trial It's outrageous that someone should be charged a full $for a product that cannot be shown to work within TEN DAYS of useThis "natural remedy" product is not worth that much money! AWFUL!!! I called the day of ordering after I noticed the fine print at the bottom and saw how expensive this was going to be! I was told I could not cancel I called times thereafter and every time I called they told me to try it and that they would extend my trial period and that I wouldn't be charged anything After calling the last time, I noticed a week later my account was charged $59.95! I called them to dispute it and was told that they already charged me, so that they couldn't reverse it! I got them to cancel my account FINALLY, but this company was totally advertising! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They claim no hassle cancellation, but that was obviously not true

This company Lash Renew is full of crap! I made the mistake like so many others have and bought into this bs I was charged $for shipping they were offering brow renew too so I thought ok I will try that too it was supposed to be for free since I was ordering the lash renew no got charged for that shipping too $Then in the box was some anti aging cream LaDrem never signed up for that but was charged $And it all came in one shipping envelopeAfter I received the package I attempted to contact the company because the brow renew wasn't as it was shownNo answer I must have tried calling 10-times and sent emails no responseHad to contact my bank to put a fraud charge and stop payment against them

On March I bought a "try it before you buy it" lash/brow serum for just the cost of shipping-- $After I finished my purchase, their policy popped up stating if I did not call to cancel days after receiving my product, I would be charged $Seeing that, I panicked and called their customer service to cancelThey said they would not delete my card info and my account would remain active until I recieved the trial and then in would have days to cancel before being charged $FINEI receive the product on March I check my bank account on March They've taken $and then $I call to cancel and demand a refund and they won't of course
Seeing as their policy is clearly stated online, and I have a phone record and bank statement record of the time frame of money withdrawal and order placement, I went to my bank and signed a legal document and now they're going after them

DO NOT do business with this company They are a rip off I order a $sample and was billed for 89.95! Attempted to get refund, was told this was a subscription Would like my money back!

I ordered a trial size of lash renew togive it a try. I was unable to try it right away so I called the company and they extended my trial date. Two days later I recieved a full size of lash renew and they had already withdrew money from my bank account. I gave it a try for a week and it was absolutely horrible!! The product was oily and got into my eyes and burned. I just thought I needed to give it a little time but it got worse and I had blurred vision the next day! I called the company, explained the situation and told them that I would send the unopened product back and would like a refund. They refused to give me a refund! I have never heard of a company refusing a refund if you're not happy with the product, especially if the product causes physical distress and pain!! I would STRONGLY recommend staying away from this product and this company that absolutely does not care about their customers or our health!!
