Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
While I concede that the emails sent to my employer did state that there would be a time delay, I am still rejecting the response because I am unsatisfied (overall) with the way ADP has handled this. Each time I called, they disclaimed responsibility and transferred me to someone else. Something as simple as looking up a balance or migrating a system should not have had this many headaches.

*** ***

ADP is working to expedite the processing of the required amendmentsAs soon as the amendments have been completed we will notify *** *** *** *** so the refund for overpayment of taxes can be issuedThank you

I have asked our service team to research and resolveI will respond with resolution shortly

Mr*** former employer apparently left a few loose ends with their 401(k) plan when they went out of businessADP reached out to *** to help work through the issues and identified the appropriate path forward to ensure the integrity of the process and ensure that the appropriate
compliance procedures would be maintained. The plan termination was formally approved on 12/and a de-conversion specialist at *** was assigned to reach out to Mr*** to assist with the rollover process. An ADP Client Service Manager also reached out to Mr*** on 12/to ensure that he had everything he needed to complete his rollover and to close the loop on anything else that might be outstanding. *** has reported that Mr*** was able to request a rollover yesterday (12/14) after 4:00pm on their website, which was scheduled to process last night. Therefore, we believe this matter should be completely resolved at this point

We are working with the client directly for a favorable solution

ADP, LLC (ADP) is a service provider who contracts with employers to perform benefit enrollment administration services. ADP facilitates enrollment by an employee into employer provided benefits based upon the employer’s defined rules at the time the employee is newly hired, experiences
qualifying status change and during the annual enrollment period. *** *** ***retained ADP to provide benefit enrollment administration services. ADP takes instruction from the employer, *** *** *** According to the definition of these terms under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), ADP is not the plan sponsor, nor the plan administrator of *** *** *** group health plan. Further, ADP is not the insurer, nor is ADP the party who procures or pays for coverage. We have reviewed Mr*** situation and discussed with his employerBased upon the rules defined by *** *** ***., Mr*** was required to re-elect all benefits for which he wished to enroll for plan year. The annual enrollment materials made available to Mr*** by *** specified the actions required to elect benefits for the plan year. Due to Mr*** failure to elect specific benefits, his benefits were set to “waived” based upon the rules defined by ***. ADP discussed this matter with *** ***, Inc., the plan sponsor and plan administrator. *** will not make any changes to Mr*** enrollment at this time If you have any further questions, please contact *** directly

I have asked our service team to look into this case for both company codes mentioned and will respond with a resolution

I reached out to the complainant via email on 2/10/to confirm ADP had received the Better Business Complaint submitted. I confirmed I wanted to coordinate getting the Wissue to the right area here at ADP, but needed more information. I asked that the
complainant kindly provide the name of the employer for this W2, the last digits of Social Security number and/or the ticket number referenced in the complaint. Any or all would help me enlist assistanceHowever, I have not received a response and therefore have been unable to assist I would be more than happy to assist, but need more information.Thank you,*** ***Senior Executive Client Manager

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the
business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Currently our Owner/Operator and HR Manager is now in talks with the supposed people who can help resolve this issue The timely response was appreciated but we are still cautious as the resolution is still work in progress and it took the Revdex.com involvement to get a person to contact us instead of the protocol We hope to resolve this soon

I am rejecting this response because:
I've gotten this boiler plate response beforeIf ADP bothered to read my complaint, they would see that when I left *** ***, I WAS NEVER notified (in person, phone call, email, or regular mail) that I had a run-out period of months...Run-out periods vary greatly and businesses are required to specifically share this information with the employee upon their departureTHIS DID NOT HAPPEN! Also, ADP did not post that information on the portal....what's the use of a portal if it does not tell you you have months to close your account? I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS INFORMATION WHEN I LEFT THE BANK....I have to repeat it so that ADP can understand itRegarding the federal mandate to notify....well, they have failed to uphold itHas ADP even contacted *** ***? What is the bank position on their obligation to notify? How come I was never notified? This is the information that we need...an official response from the BankPlease respond when you have that informationAlso, as per ADP appeal procedures, I ask that any relevant information be sent to me via mail (e.gthe Bank's response in regards to lack of notice, etc)Furthermore, I am seeking legal advice in this matter as we speak and, also, ask that Revdex.com indicate the proper governmental agency that investigates these disputes. This complaints remains active.Thank you
Regards,

Hi, I am sorry to say we are still unable to find your informationMight you have a document you can send to us? You can send to *** with my name is Janelle and you can add the name and Revdex.com Complaint to the email and it will be routed to me. Thank you

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:The issue still has not been resolved ADP service team did reach out to me as the response claimed I filled out some more
paperwork, and signed a new sales order for my account to be reinstated I was sent a user id and an email with a password I tried to register the reinstated account and it says there are technical difficulties and to contact ADP I am still upside down with the tax agencies on quarter and quarter 4, and still do not have access to my account's files
Regards,

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: ADP is stating that they did not file my taxes because my business went to another payroll processing company which it did not nor did I ever tell them that *** *** *** was going to another payroll companyAlso they are saying that the $processing fee which they refunded, was returned as a courtesy, when in fact it is just the additional amount that they without prior permission or knowledge to me charged my accountI will take the deal they are offering because I just want to be done with this company but I will not accept their response, they are not acknowledging their faults they are putting it in terms as though it was miscommunication but all faults are on their endI not only explained myself at the initial termination of my account with them but I also made multiple attempts to sort this situation out prior to contacting Revdex.comThey are not doing anything extra they are just doing what should have been done in the beginning and returning an additional fee which I should not have been charged anyways, another error on their partThe only response I will accept would be them acknowledging that the errors made on their part and not acting as though they are doing anything above and beyond for my businessThese are things that should have been done without getting Revdex.com involved and casing me so much strife
Regards,
*** ***
