I, my wife, and family are victums of Landvoice policy of selling our personal information
We had a MLS listing expire on property in California, then at 5am Hawaii time, all of our phones, home and cell, and family members' phones starting ringing
All of phones are on the national DNC list, but the "agents" didn't care
Many were "Google Voice" numbers that would not accept return calls
Some were rude and would not provide their real names or phone numbers, knowing that they are violating the law
Why does Landvoice release phone numbers to their customers to encourage them to break the law?
When will someone start a class action suit against Landvoice to stop this dishonest business practiceIt's like sending a security company selling your security code to other customers, but telling them "don't use it"
The employees at this company are very pushy and rude and offer no customer support I never received a single decent lead during my first month and have had a horrible time trying to get them to cancel my service
I was automatically billed by this vendor on July 4th (which I never authorized as my contract started on a 9th) On July 4th I reaches out to the rep (Alejandro) who signed me up and asked him to refund it and cancel my account (since it was 4th of July holiday I couldn't call the company itself as they were closed) He didn't respond until July 9th, he asked me to call customer service to cancel itI called customer service to cancel it and they told me that it was too late to cancel and that I should've called before the 9th I told them I DID call and they were closed and that I reached out to my rep as well They offered to refund me half (which they did) but I was not happy with it and deserve a full refund
I signed up for this service with acknowledgement from the sales representative that the service could be cancelled at any time and pro rated with a refund Within days of paying $for the service, I notified the sales representative via email, that I wished to cancel the service That email was not responded to, so I placed a call to the billing department expressing my wish to cancel the service
after another days of no response regarding my wish to cancel, I received an email from the support team to help me with issues with the service I replied, that I did not need support, I simply wished to cancel After numerous attempts to reach someone to cancel the service, I received an email from the sales representative that someone with the billing department would contact me Which, of course never happened After days of trying to cancel the service via email and phone, I filed a report with my credit card company my credit card company refunded my initial charg
DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANYI had the absolute WORST experience with themI sent an email trying to cancel my account before the next months billing cycle, but apparently you have to "call in" to actually verify to cancelThat took my days because life just happens sometimes, and by that time I had already been charged and they stated that I could not get a refund
HOWEVER, they DID say that since I was charged I WOULD be able to have access to the system until the next billing cycle is upWell, what do you know, I log into my account AND ITS NOT EVEN THERE ANYMOREI can't get into the system, or even get a password recovery email because they DELETED EVERYTHINGUnacceptable and extremely unethical, I will be blasting an email to every single agent I know and on my server to NEVER GO WITH THIS BUSINESS
They don't even deserve star, they negative because I've heard more people having the same bs experiences with them
I was double billed and have been told on several different occasions that my refund has been processed and sent to my bank yet no refund has been recieved by my bank I want my refund as they promised for this double billing
I would never use this company again Customer service is terribleThe only people who answer the phone is the sales staffThey will then transfer you to someone but it always hits your voicemailData is poor qualityMissing tons of phone numbers and wrong numbers
I purchased a marketing trial period with Landvoice, with the understanding that I could cancel at anytime per the representative Cat C***I was in a contract and wanted to get leads on a daily basis, I received leads ( after paying on 5/20/16) which was on a Friday, no leads on Saturday, no contact from Landvoice, no leads on Sunday, no leads on Monday morning, I was not understanding because the payment posted, I contacted landvoice and it was supposedly because of technical difficulties and they would resend themSTILL no leads, I called again Tuesday because still no emails, no leads and they close and the chat stops working as well, no leads, nothing, well that Wednesday I connected to Cat again who after selling me perfect pitch surprising showed up after I wanted a refund for the service not workingShe miraculously got the tech support to activate the account, gave me logon information that I had not been given from the beginning, I made it clear that my billing date w

I made the purchase for services for my husband for landvoiceWhen I made the purchase I told the rep this was a onetime purchase with my credit card and to not save my card information as this was not for meAbout an hour after purchase, my husband and I had a huge argument and I ended getting upset calling Alejandro at landvoice and cancelled the servicesAlejandro assured he would cancel the account and refund my cardAlejandro then called my husband and asked if he wanted the account cancelled and he said to please cancel and refund my moneyThe money was never refunded and yesterday landline charged my account another $I consider the charge to be fraudulent as I never authorized the $When we contacted Alejandro, he referred us to Chadd P*** who told my husband that Landvoice denied the refundWe never had service with this company and are now out of pocket $

Hello, I looked into the account further and from our end I show that the last payment which should have been charged on 6/25/2016 but instead was charged on 6/23/2016 was refunded successfully on 7/22/2016 I am sorry it took so long to refund the wrongly charged amount. I am rejecting this response because: to file a complaint in December of 2015 and just now get a response 9 months later is unacceptable! After complaining to Landvoice and getting no where I decided to use their product in a limited basis. I was notified that the service with the company ends at the end of November of this year. No further action is necessary. The company's customer service is pathetic and I will not recommend them to anyone.
