I signed up for their services in through a BOLD specialAfter a year I was not getting good return on the leads they provided and decided I did not want to continue with their services I was hounded on the phone to renew for another year and they kept extending my "trial" to change my mind The trial finally ended and they deactivated my account since I decided not to renewIn 2017, they charged my credit card for another annual subscription even though I did not renew in I called and they refused to refund my card stating that they did not have a record of any calls between them and I, yet they acknowledged that my account had been deactivated in August of
I am in the middle of a dispute with my credit card and they are fighting it saying that there is a service agreement in place since that automatically renewsI did not give them authorization to start up my account again or charge my credit card in
If I cannot get this resolved through here

REALTORS BEWARE! THIS SERVICE DOES NOT WORK! In , I paid for a one year subscription for the lead generation services at LandvoiceI am a real estate salesperson in Naples, FloridaI dealt with a person at Landvoice named Chadd B***I instructed Chadd that I was NOT to be put on automatically billing or yearly renewal.or renewed Unbeknownst to me, my credit card was billed $1,on 12/30/I just learned of this charge today, in speaking with Chadd B***This charge was done without my authorization and specifically against my instructions to Chadd B***I was not aware that I had been charged and I never used their services in I received an email recently that Landvoice intended to charge my credit card again, which is why I called themI have expressed my extreme displeasure with Chadd B*** today, on Dec26thI want my credit card credited back for this wrongful charge of $1,

Stay away from landvoiceTheir numbers are percent accurateTheir dialer takes a computer programmer to figure outThey lock you into a contract without properly disclosing itThe worst expired service in the marketYou’d be better off doing a manual search in the mls!

Have used other web based data services in the past, and have not had the same experience that I had with LandvoiceThe accumulative data comes in frequently and email alerts are sent to your email instantlyTech support is on the ball and very willing to help with any issue minor or majorI can proudly say that I continue to use Landvoice and always will for my real estate business

TERRIBLE SERVICE REALTORS BEWARE---- The amount of numbers given are minimal, most of them outside of the area which you would serviceThey say they will contact you by phone and instead just send you an email saying your refund was deniedUnable to reach anyone on the phone other then sales people wanting to take advantage of agents with empty promises of good leadsSTAY FAR AWAY--- bad business, terrible customer service, and leads are not of value

I placed an order for the promotion Landvoice had for FSBOs and Expireds, however, once I found out that I had to manually upload data from my MLS to use the service, I cancelled right awayI didn't even set it up with the instructions being providedI've never used the service and it took Landvoice weeks to get back to me saying they can't refund my feeWhy do I have to pay for something I've never used??? I signed up for a service to get Real Estate Leads n July 9th, I was told I need to pay a quarterly subscription but could try it out for a month The Sales Representative Geeta told me if I was dissatisfied I could get the prorated portion back She lied from day She told me by signing up for the higher service that 95% of the phone numbers were verified This could be farther from the truth 98% of the numbers are bad When I called to get my money back they refused I said that is not what your sales representative told me They said they would review that call but refused to let me hear it
They sent me an email stating that they reviewed the call and that the sales representative never said that I would have never given them $without a trial periodThey also said I signed a contract which was Docusigned and I should have a copy Well, I do not have a copy in any of my DocuSign documents and I am a Realtor and use this service all the time I contacted

Stay away from Landvoice! I signed up for their lead generation service and had to agree to a one-year contract, costing $Most of the phone numbers they give you are no goodI notified them IN WRITING that I would not renew the contract, and they charged me $again anyway, saying that they would not accept a written emailed cancelltion--it had to be done in a phone call!

Landvoice salesmen came to our office to make a presentation of their products for leads I purchased the product and was told I would receive a phone call the following week to get started Nothing ever came of it Here we are more than a month later, multiple phone calls, wasted time on hold with their customer service I asked for a refund to my credit card which they say takes 5-days It has been days and no refund I called again and was put on hold and they said this time they initiated it TODAY! My team paid over $2,for a year of service that was to include several productsSome products worked some of the time, others neverI call Landvoice every week to voice my complaints and all they do is apologize and sate "we are working on it"! I've asked for a full refund several times to two employees both which stated they have turned it inti their billing deptMonths have passed without billing crediting back the moniesThey offer me months free however if their service is always down, why would one want additional months of a service that is down?

REALTORS - Stay away! I paid $for expired, FSBO, and neighborhood search for year The majority of numbers provided are DNC, wrong, or disconnected I even sen sent the refund/support department a list of examples of these numbers and they still declined a refund Basically their response was to send me a link to their terms and ConditionsI am a reasonable person and understand all of the numbers will not be accurate and DNC numbers will be given, but this is unethical in my opinion

I signed up for their service and paid my years subscription in advanceAfter the year they charged me again, when I told them I didn't want it they refused to cancel for the fee stated on their websiteThey even admitted that they over charged me as well and agreed to refund the over charge but that didn't happen eitherTheir service is bunkIt's nothing but a bunch of phone number that are on the do not call listVery disappointed and dissatisfiedI'd give them a negative star if it were possible
