I don’t know if anyone else has experienced this situation, but occasionally I have problems when placing an order for usually 1 item, where there will be a glitch in the system, and it will charge me numerous times. Whenever that happens, the error will usually be caught by their system right away, (as I can see the reversal charges on my online banking site). The other night while placing a new order, I was once again charged multiple times with one of the over-charges not getting reversed back. I contacted L B Customer Service by email and the following day received a message back that it had been taken care of. I really appreciate their ALWAYS PROMPT response to any questions or problems!! ??

I placed an order for some lean and accidentally added something else that I already have so I needed it canceled from my order and support got it done quickly and refunded that amount

My experience with Lady Boss super was easy and enjoyable. I emailed my concern and received a verification email with a case number in minutes. A response to my problem was sent via email in less than 24 hours.

On the company's website, in the list of ingredients for their LadyBoss Fuel preworkout, it lists Vitamin B12 in the form of Methylcobalamin, which is the natural form of the vitamin. However, when I received the product, the container lists Vitamin B12 in the form of Cyanocobalamin, the artificial form. I have a genetic mutation which prohibits my body from processing Cyanocobalamin and I get debilitating migraines as well as other side effects if I consume too much Cyanacobalamin. When I contacted the company they said I would only get a refund if I paid for the shipping.

I was forced into a coaching contract under the impression that the coach would be available to me at any time or day. In fact this program was specifically advertised that way. However upon signing up, There were tons of rules given that say to contact other people in the program first and to keep coach interactions to the point. The whole purpose was to have a coach for accountability. What I was given was primarily a group of other consumers like myself. In addition this seemed to be a cookie cutter approach, but what was advertised was a program that would be very tailored to the individual. In addition part of the draw was that there would be am all inclusive week long retreat at the end. In reality, not even the hotel accommodations would be included, just access to basically hang out with other people in the program. So when paying $6000 I was expecting to at minimum have a coach available to me specifically, as well as the vacation at the end. However, this was not the case. I later requested a cancelation from the company, explaining I had lost my job and could no longer afford the large cost for this "program" especially seeing that it was not as advertised. I was then told there was no way to cancel and I was basically out of luck. The company promises you the world and wont let you even speak to a coach without signing the contract. Then when unhappy or unable to pay you are out of luck.

Looking further into your case, I see that you emailed on 9/10/19. Due to loss of income, you asked what your options would be as the payments were no longer feasible. Marissa replied, sympathizing with your situation, but she did have to remind you about the contract signed prior, stated below.
Please remember cancellation won’t be granted as you signed agreeing to the full 12 month term: “If you decide to disengage from the Coaching program for any reason, you will remain liable for the entire amount, including monthly payments for the entire 12-month term.” Satisfaction Guarantee: the foregoing notwithstanding, if you participate in the Coaching for the entire twelve (12) months, and at the end you feel like it did not help you, or you did not get the results you want, we will refund the money you paid for the Coaching 100%. To be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee you must have submitted your Weekly Progress Report to your Coach at least 95% of the time (at least 50 of the 52 weeks of the year). You WILL NOT be eligible for the Satisfaction Guarantee if you disengage from the program and fail to follow it as instructed.”

We received your response letting us know that you would try to continue paying. You then asked about payment arrangements and action that would be taken if not paid on time, as you were concerned about credit being affected. Marissa responded that we would work with you if you should miss a payment. We asked to stay in communication as after several missed payments, we would have to turn over your account to a collections agency which would affect your credit. Marissa asked to stay in touch as we never want this to happen to our clients. We want to see our clients have success and feel that they can stay in touch with us so we can work together. Since this time, we did not receive further response.
We are truly sorry for your circumstance and saddened that the LadyBoss Coaching was not what you hoped it would be. Your feedback is valuable in helping us make LadyBoss PRC the best experience possible. We believe the program has the potential to save lives and we will continue to improve so we can better achieve our mission.
We would love to continue communication through our initial email from September as we are eager to receive your feedback on how else we may support you during this journey.
