I was missing an item from a challenge I signed up and paid for. The support team responded quickly and shipped me my item plus a free item for the trouble. Grateful for the speed and friendliness of the support team, and shout out to Melissa for her resolve.

I think this company is such a sham!! When it first started out and they were a smaller company customer service meant everything to them. Now that they are a larger company their customer service sucks really bad. They prey on women’s vulnerable sides and continue to steal money from peoples bank accounts. I contacted customer service within five minutes of ordering my item and told them cancel my order, no cancel, the next day I emailed again hey cancel my order, no cancel, day number three I receive an email that my items have shipped. Seven days go by before anyone from this ridiculous company ever email me back. Today I received an email and they state that they have never heard from me before. Are you kidding me?!? I have proof that you have heard from me before. I was then delivered a shipping label to ship the item back however I have not received any items from this company, according to them items were delivered. I have started a claim with my credit card company.

I really wish on all these posts on the Ladyboss site someone would answer my questions. I have joined and spent a lot of money but can’t get the information to where I go to order stuff at the discount of vip I should have VIP savings. I won’t order more till I can get someone to answer me.

So happy to get through to Dorita, who was able to take my order over the phone. I always have issues when placing any orders online with Lady Boss, with 2-3 charges being made against my back account. They always eventually get reversed, but hate always having to go through this unnecessary hassle! Dorita was great and very understanding of the problem! ????
