Customer service and their support system doesn’t get any better. Recipes are refreshing to read. No fillers, binders or unnecessary unhealthy additives added. Looking forward to a healthy 2020 !

Their support is amazing! Emailed a quick question and got a very fast response to include my shipping number and they took the time to track my own package and include what date it was scheduled to be delivered instead of just sending me my tracking number and letting me look it up! She was also very positive and encouraging in my email!!

Initially I was frustrated that I had not gotten a timely response, then I decided to do an email search.. I have had so much junk email from the holidays coming through that I accidently deleted the email.. The response was quicker then I had expected and I was very happy to find exactly what I was needing, even though my own actions were to blame for the delay. Thank you for such a quick response and I am so very excited to get moving again!!

I am beyond frustrated with the company that I wanted to trust. I was promised a refund within 30 if I didn’t like the product. I wanted to like the Greens so bad but just couldn’t stomach them. My emailed request to return the product went ignored. I emailed 2 days after the first email to ask what was going on and they said they’ve been busy... (but you had enough time to answer THAT email pretty quickly...) I waited.... sent another email. I still have not gotten a reply/information to ship my product back. I feel hurt that they have *purposefullywaited until my time has run out so I can no longer return. I’m not paying another dime to ship it back to them, I can’t trust them anymore.

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your experience with us. Looking into your profile, I do see that you emailed our Support team on December 28th, requesting a refund. I apologize for the delayed response as we were experiencing a higher volume than normal. On December 30th at 10:43 AM, our Support Representative, Maddison Peart did respond to your refund request with a week left in your 30 days to return. Our proof of delivery shows you received your order on 12/12 meaning you have until 1/10/20 to send it back for a refund. In that email, Maddison included the Return instructions as well as our Return policy. After our reply, at 1:35 PM in a new case, we received your second email asking why you were ignored. To ensure we did not ignore your request, we explained there was a delayed response due to an increased volume for customer support.

We apologize for any confusion this has caused. We have sent an email restating our return instructions and have temporarily extended your 30 days. As soon as we have confirmation tracking for your return, we can process your refund.

My apologies, I found the original return instructions in my spam folder. You were right, you sent it. It was 24+ hours after my request.

However, I did follow up with multiple emails asking for help only to be given generic “we are busy” answers.

I will count my losses because I don’t want to risk losing more money while shipping it back after all of this.

This company is Amazing! Great products and super friendly staff.

I just love the customer support with lady boss. Every question or concern I have had has been handle in a timely manner with no judging. I only had one bad experience and that was last year when I started. Keep doing what your doing. I have fallen of the wagon for the holidays and I’m planning on get back on tract this Sunday. I was having problems with my order and being double charged. I immediately contacted customer support. Next day I got a response with my refund for the doh me charge. I had a excellent experience. The response was fast and very helpful!
