We attempted to contact the customer at the phone number on file, both times we received a recorded message that the number was not in service. We also emailed the customer several times but have not received a response back. Thank you

solved? As of today I still don’t have the Keurig 575 and filter they promised to send next day. And that was almost a week ago. Horrible.

We left a message for the customer on 12/15 @ 10:55. via our corp customer service dept. that we would like to resolve the complaint for the customer. Our corp. customer service dept. can be reached @ ###-###-#### between 8:00a.m - 5:00pm E.S.T thank you & happy holidays

We are sorry the customer experienced a problem. We have tried reaching out to the customer several times to resolve the issue but have not been able to contact them. Please contact Keurig at 866 901 BREW with any questions.
We have left several voicemails for the customer since 12/29 and sent emails. Unfortunately we have not heard back from the customer to resolve the issue. Thank you
