I bought a 2015 Ford Escape on August 8,2017 and when test driving the car salesman Tristan B stated this was a Pre-Ceritified vehicle and that means wiper blades were changed and oil change was done as it said in the pamphlet.October 19,2017 the change your oil warning signal came on as well as my engine light by it being a new vehicle for me I changed the oil because I did not want anything to happen to my engine. I bought the car and the mileage was 17, 280 miles and the mileage was 19, 062 miles at the time when I took it to Pennzoil for a change. I only put on 1,782 miles on the car and it already needed a oil change. from what the pre-certification paper work said this oil change should have been done, then on from the time I got the vehicle when it rained the drivers side windshield wiper was dragging, this was also on the paper work that the wiper blades were changed as well, on 11/1/2017 I had to replace the wiper blade on the drivers side because it was worn out , I went to advance auto to have this work done . When I purchased the car there was some side panel work that needed touched up on the rear drivers side and I finally was able to get it done on 11/3/2017. I brought the oil change and wiper blade to the Managers attention and showed him in the brochure that theses items should have been taken care of , he said well your first oil change was on us well the salesman failed to tell me that and I told him due to the fact this was a new vehicle to me I did not want to take any chances and I told him what about the wiper blade this was all supposed to be apart of the Pre-Certification. He then took a copy of my receipts and said he would reimburse me. I have not received any reimbursement as of this day this is my complaint.

Please, if you're reading this it's probably too late and you've already done business with Kenny Ross so you have already experienced their lying and misleading ways. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!! The sales team is allowed to say whatever they want without having the answer to management. Management doesn't have the slightest clue as to what is going on. Please avoid this place at all costs.

I give Kenny Ross Chevrolet and Kenny Ross Nissan in Zelienople A lowest negative review I have had bad experiences with both service depts. My wife has had her car in three time for a noise that has not been fixed yet and they just say it was something else but the noise is the same and know they say the adjustment period is over so know we will be charged the car is only one year old????? I filed a formal complaint with Nissan and I am debating on contacting the Revdex.com but it probably wont do any good I just want to put this out there so people BEWARE of the service depts
