On the recommendation of a friend we booked two round trip tickets from Sacramento to BaltimoreAS we were talking to the justfly person the price doubled!! I began on line with a very reasonable price and would pay some extra so we could bring a bag on boardBy the time the gal finished we were paying much more and the additional cost was not considered as something to up our experienceWe cannot change or get a cancellation

I received the worst customer service experience in my entire life through this 3rd party travel booking serviceI purchased a one way ticket to travel on Thanksgiving day, and noticed two days after booking online that there was an extra letter typo in the spelling of my last nameAfter calling their number, I was placed on hold between two representatives for approximately 1/hours, waiting to speak with a supervisor! In addition, they wanted to charge me a $reservation change fee, which based on the circumstances is absolutely absurdI called the airline directly, and they advised me to contact the TSAThe TSA was extremely helpful, and informed me that I only needed to complete a Certification of Identity form at the airport to be allowed through the TSA checkpoint, and the slight error in my last name should create an issueMy question is why didn't "Justfly" advise me of this and instead demand that I pay their outrageous reservation change fee? I will ensure that I tell all my family, friends, and colleagues about my experience, and recommend they never use this service for the travel plans

I booked a round trip ticket from this company well ahead of my travel dateAbout two months to the date of my travel, I received an email from them to call them as there has been an "airline initiated change to my itinerary"I called them and they confirmed the changes and I agreed to the changesAbout three weeks later, I received a similar email saying the same thingThis time they offered me a route that had about Six stops and I told them that I could not accept thatI was put on hold and after a few minutes, another option was quoted and I accepted that change
Two weeks later, I called the airline to reserve seats for my round-trip itinerary for my flight and the airline told me that I only they only have me down for only one way and I had no return booking with themI was shockedI called justfly.com and they told me that the airline had cancelled that flight (not true as I found out from the airline itself)I asked when I was going to be told of this change considering the fact that I was leaving in a few daysThe rep re-booked me for a return trip which was exactly the same as the original itinerary that they cancelled the first time they told me that itinerary was no longer available
Having learnt my lesson, I called the airline to confirm that I do actually have a seats on the plane and they told me that they do have on a flight that was leaving a day later than the itinerary that Justfly.com emailed meI called Justfly.com again and they said that they will fix the discrepancy within 24hrsI am writing this almost 48hrs later and they still have not fixed itMore than months was when I booked this itinrary and I still don't know if I have a seat on a plane or not and I cannot get my money back either
The representatives do not speak English and they totally misunderstand what you tell them and repeat scripted sentences without any consideration to your issueAs one of the representatives was talking to meI overheard another representative repeating the same exact sentence to another customerIt is a terrible company
