I have had a wonderful experience with the tech. Thank you for having such smart techs working for Jupiter.

My computer has been causing problems for really 2 weeks. I am an at@t customer and had received good, FREE service until Wednesday p.m. 1 June.

A red screen appeared and the computer actually gave a long, loud whistle!

I contacted at@t support - was told I had viruses and would cost $149.00 to clean. Was on the computer with technicians for almost 3 hours. My e-mail still would not work. Rang them again at 2:00 a.m. Still no satisfaction after 1 hour of technician's work. Phoned again late Thursday morning, another almost 3 hours of technicians - e-mail still compromised and was asked for another $149.00. I said NO!

Took my computer to a Geek store. $49.00 later still e-mail problems. Went back to Geek yesterday. $143.00 later continuing e-mail problems.

Late this morning, I contacted Jupiter Support. Took a number of hours because, by this stage, too many people had been tampering with my computer. I am now clean as a whistle and back on yahoo e-mail. Jupiter told and showed me my SEVERELY compromised computer. I had disconnects all over the place. One thing I really liked was being walked through the process. Jupiter took the time to explain and were more than willing to help. Jupiter receives high praise from me.

I am actually pretty good with computers, but I have several times run into problems with Windows 10 that I could not solve and could not find solutions based on internet searches. Each time, Jupiter Support has stepped in and found a solution, sometimes working for a few hours to find it. Fortunately, I did not have to stay at the computer. The technician took it over and called back when the solution was found.

One other thing, besides their competence, is that they are as friendly and courteous as any company I've ever dealt with.
