I had a very positive experience today my technitian Maxwell spent much time with setting up my email psassword after I had been locked out due to security problems he also secured my computer and internet access to prevent further problems he was very knowledgable about my antique computer

Before I talked with Adam I didn't know there was anything wrong with my computer but he explained things quite well I was glad that your company was able to clean up the computer The thing I was most concerned about was my e-mail and I was very happy to have it accessible again
