details of the 3rd party which charged him. Customer apologized for the complaint he filed against us and said he will withdraw it and call his bank to dispute the 3rd party charge

The customer *** * *** had a subscription for our services which ended on 8/12/Mildred used our services times where we resolved all the customer issues (see attachment).We have tried reaching out to the customer several times but cannot get a hold of the customerWe have send
emails to the customer for an alternate number and best time to reach but there was no response ( 1st email was send on 4th Oct and the 2nd was today on 7th Oct.)We request the customer call us to resolve his current issues
