For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Yes, I have spoken to Chase several times However, they have not offered any acceptable resolution All they did was tell me that they were not going to do anything to correct their mistake I still contend that this is very poor business practice on their part.Here are the facts: I called after being approved for the card and asked the representative if I would get the bonus if I met the bonus requirements (charge $3,within months) I proceeded to charge about $5,on the card over a period of weeksChase sends me a letter saying that I will not get the bonus rewards They could have done this much sooner, but they decided to wait and do it AFTER I charged $5,000.If needed, I can provide phone records of my call to them upon being approved for the card However, they are not disputing that I called and they have confirmed multiple times that not only did I call, but that I was told by a representative that I would qualify and that is in their records So, they admit their mistake, but they are unwilling to do anything to make it right Multiple people I have talked to have told me that they made a mistake in telling me I would qualify Regards,
