I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I spoke with Chase on the phoneThey simply stated exactly the same thing they had told me that led me to raise this complaint in the first placeThey are lyingI have attached the warranty on the unit for referenceThey claim that this warranty is only for year, when it clearly states it is for yearsThe exact text is: "Two years from date of original purchase Any part of the dishwasher (except as listed below) which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. During this two-year parts warranty, you will be responsible for any labor or on-site service costs."This is distinguished from the One year warranty, which states: "One year from date of original purchase Any part of the Dishwasher which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanshipDuring this full one-year of original purchase warranty, LGE will also provide, free of charge, all labor and on-site service to replace the defective part."This distinction is to indicate the difference between when labor costs are coveredI have stated that I'm fine w/ just the parts, and I'll pay any additional labor.Chase maintains that the warranty is for year, when parts are clearly covered for It strikes me as likely that they are committing fraud based on this, as any reasonable person would understand this difference.I've attached the formatted original version of the warranty, and other relevant documents.Regards,

A letter dated May 20, and signed by *** *** (see attached PDF) was sent to me claiming an account was unable to be located and the funds were returned to the merchant on January 23, 2017, the date which the refund posted to Chase BankI received a similar letter from the corporate office days later claiming these same statements. After speaking with the merchant, Scout, and their banker, Stripe, I learned that the funds were not returned to the merchant on January 23, as stated in the Chase lettersThe merchant's bank provided me a statement (see attached PDF) showing the funds were not deposited in the merchant's bank account until late May and not posted or available to the merchant until May 25, 2017. The claims made in the Chase letters are by stating the funds were returned on January 23, and attempt to disguise Chase's negligence in attempting return the funds to the merchant or myself in a timely mannerThe funds were in Chase's bank account for a total of daysFor those days, Chase Bank has been earning interest on my money while I did notFor these days, I have contacted Chase Creditmember Services many times and communicated with the merchant many times spending many hours trying to get the funds from my refund. Throughout these days, I have contacted Chase Creditmember Services by phone on February 8, February 17, April 11, April 12, April 20, May 19, May 23, and May inquiring about the refundOn May 19, 23, and 30, a voicemail was left with Z Williams requesting her to call me back regarding the Revdex.com caseZ Williams made no attempt to contact me regarding the three messages left on her voicemailAs of June 8, 2017, Z Williams has not attempted to return my phone calls. The attempt by Chase Bank to declare the funds were returned the same day the funds were posted is a blatant statement to mask the amount of time Chase Bank has held on to my funds to earn interest on the refundI am not a bank, Chase is the bankI refuse to accept any response from Chase until they return the money owed to me from interest accrued for the days plus additional costs associated with my time spent trying to have my refund returned while dealing with Chase's statements and misdirectionAt 20% interest compounded daily for days, I expect $in interest to be paid to me by Chase BankFor the amount of time required of me to track my refund down, I expect $to be paid to me by Chase BankThe total amount paid to me to Chase bank adds up to $I believe this is a modest settlement for the pain and aggravation Chase has caused me these last days
