I just received the letter in the mail today and yes I did call to turn on my card again but I only used it that day, I did not use it after thatOn top of that, I've never received any emails or phone callsI'm at school all the time so I don't receive any callsI just want the fees waived so I can stop worrying about this because I have too much already to worry about
