The response that I received from Chase was a complete joke. I received an accounting and copy of all charges to the account and a brief letter shirking responsibility for the issues outlined in my complaint. 
It is obvious that [redacted] did absolutely no research into the complaint. I was home both days that [redacted] indicated that she tried to call me and have an answering machine...no message was ever left.
I have asked for each phone call to be reviewed...there are at least 20 phone calls. With each phone call, I was given contradictory information including that the complaint had been resolved in my favor.....that I would be receiving a refund.....that I should wait for Hawn to pay to return the hood as that is Chase's policy and they would stand behind me making them pay to return the hood....I was told by a Chase employee that they messed up this dispute and that they should be responsible....I was told that they would probably issue me a courtesy credit.....I was told over and over that the complaint should be resolved in my favor.   The complaint, if handled with the care that Chase indicates that they took in this case would have been resolved in my favor.
 
I still have the hood and Chase can pay to send it back to Hawn if they would like.
Chase needs to take responsibility for their egregious and reckless handling of this dispute.

I am very confuses with this matter. someone from credit card service called me on June 19th and told me that they will refund monetarily and then other person called me and told me that they will resolve this matter by June 30th, and and then other person called me on June 25th and told me that she will give 70,000 point and a voucher. As of July 7th nothing happened yet. let me know exactly what is your response for this matter. Thank you.
