No resolution was provided. No information was provided to the Revdex.com by Chase Bank, who is attempting to remain stealth with these proceedings. Company is acting deceptive and is unwilling to come to a resolution that could benefit either side.

No written response was received by me, so their claim that "a written response was provided on Sept 25" is patently false. (The only written correspondence I have received are auto-generated emails from various people on the thread who are on vacation.) This also seems, frankly, like a non-response on the part of the company. If I'm reading this correctly, all it really says is that a response was sent to me... which is a lie -- I have checked my spam and promotions folders; if they are claiming they sent a response I'd like them to provide proof of that here.They also say in their response that "Chase takes consumer feedback very seriously," and that they, "have fully reviewed this matter". How? How do they "take consumer feedback seriously"? Can you prove that you've taken by feedback seriously in some way? There has been no demonstration that my feedback is being taken seriously at all. What is the result of "having fully reviewed this matter"? What is the result of "taking my feedback seriously"? Even IF they had sent me the response they're claiming to have sent - which they haven't - this is a non-answer to say the least. There is nothing demonstrable or actionable, a resolution that I am happy with hasn't been reached,

Chase merely reiterated what the denial was and gave no further information or reasoning. Nor did the go into an detail as to why such a denial would be instituted. They also only briefly mentioned my request for resolution and gave absolutely zero reasoning behind why they refused to remove the inquiry from my report.
