Our experience with Joyce Factory Direct for our new roof, was outstanding. They were very professional. They completed the project in 4 days, and even our neighbors were impressed with their work. The clean up after the work was done was equally impressive. We would highly recommend Joyce Factory Direct any project that may need to be done.

We are genuinely apologetic for our client's frustration. We already had the owner of the lumber company who supplies the wood for all our projects, inspect the boards used for this deck. There was discovery that materials used for this...

decking, contained more knots than typical with the quality of lumber we are used to working with. After consultation and negotiating on behalf of our client, new boards are being provided for replacement.
As well, we had already hired an independent company who has viewed the deck and agreed to remove all the existing stain from this project. Once the new decking is in place, they will provide a beautiful one color finish for our client.
We understand that these procedures may not have been moving quickly enough for our client, however, they have been attended to, in motion and will be resolved very soon.

At no time was our client asked enter in to a “fraudulent” relationship with their approved lender. Financing must be procured and established before any project can be released to our production team to order. At that time the project is placed in a queue and installed in the...

order of purchase. Deck and Fencing projects are extremely popular at the time of this particular agreement. Our clients are made aware of an approximate installation date based on their place in the queue and kept informed based on unforeseen weather conditions that may prohibit us from our routine schedule. Often, a payment for a project may occur before the installation due to these factors. Our installer had numerous projects in their municipality at the time of this order and thought he had applied for permits on this project along with others. There is no problem obtaining them for this client as we have already received the deck permit and are waiting on notification to pick up fencing permit as well.

New drawings are being submitted to the city by our craftsman for review. After the permit is issued, we will deliver to our client.

Representatives from our firm had an insightful and positive conversation with our client regarding ideas to improve customer relations. Our client has a direct conduit to individuals who can help them should they have any needs going forward.

I received a full refund from Joyce Factory Direct, (13 Aug 2015). This issue is fully resolved.

We've had 2 experiences with Joyce Factory direct. The first was phenomenal! We bought all new windows for our home. They were quick to install and cleaned up every little speck. The second experience was not so great. We bought new windows for our basement. We waited and waited for the windows to come in and were never updated on the status. We had to make the calls to them to see what was going on.

Also, their marketing tactics are quite aggressive when you have them come out for a free estimate.

Put in a sliding patio door for us. Great experience, professional and quality work.

Our client is aware this project is scheduled for installation Monday, August 1st.

Our client may not understand the contract as written. Her project was constructed exactly to the specifications listed in her agreement.  At no time...

during the building of her project were “used” or substandard materials on her job site.

It has been a great pleasure to work with Joyce Factory Direct. From the knowledgeable salesmen who first came to our home to the workmen who measured for and the installed our new windows, all workers associated with JFD have been helpful, friendly, and all work was completed with professionalism. We have received many compliments from friends and neighbors on the windows, and are pleased with our energy savings, as well.

These people are so nice and really professional. They truly want to make you happy with what you are paying for. We bought new windows for the whole house and they are great windows and they did a GREAT job putting them in.They did a good job explaining the products beforehand , along with how long it would take and answered all of our questions and concerns. I would use them again for sure.

We are going to rebuild to satisfy our client.

I had Joyce Factory Direct install a very large bay window for me last year. It is wonderful. The installer was prompt, did a great job, was very kind and polite, did not damage my flowers, and hauled all of the old windows and mess away! His partner had a death in the family and was not able to help him that day and he did it all by himself. I was very impressed. My friend did help him get the old window on to his truck for haul away.

we had them do 2 jobs, the First one was all new windows ....the windows were way late coming in but the Installers were great and did a great job, the Second Job was a complete siding Job, to say disappointing would be the understatement of the Year, The crew was horrible, Cigarette butts all over the Yard , ran out of Supplies 4-5 times that had to be special ordered, Slow as I have ever seen ...it took Months to do this Job, customer service was non- exsistant once there were problems Marty the sales guy went into hiding, after about three months we basically just gave up ...its still not done but we are tired of the fight with these people ...all the crap you hear about siding people ....this is were it comes from Companies like this ...the crazy thing , They ASKED for this review even there memory is lousy
