AWFUL! is all I have to say. Charged us $346 for a 10 to 15 minute repair. All it was, was a pipe in the wall needed tightening and a new valve put on, which I told them about the valve. When he quoted me the price I said "For a 10 minute job." He said well it's a level 3 repair. For one valve is a level 3. Will never call again. Got Ripped OFF!

Once again we received excellent service. That is why we ALWAYS call Johnson.

Bob was efficient and professional, explained what was done and made reccomendations to further insure worry free operation of our heating equipment. I rely on Johnson heating and cooling exclusively for our home heating and cooling and see no reason to change.

Sent out an unqualified service tech. I watched him the whole time, (glad I did ) fumbled around for an hour changing out my pressure switch with (2) brand new ones then changing them back to my original switch. Probably knocked some dust off my old switch or fixed a loose connection in the process but my furnace started working. None the less he tried to sell me a new pressure switch cost $211.00 plus a parts acquisition fee $119.00. Said my system will fail again. Still waiting for that to happen. Paid the $89.00 service fee but I don't need some Ivy Tech recent grad trying to make commission money off of me for parts I don't need . Poor business practice but very common these days.

I worked with tech Robert J who was very professional and informative. He showed within his time window and called to give an update on arrival time. He gave a brief overview of the operation of HVAC system and gave important cost-saving maintenance tips and efficiency advice that will maximize the life of the unit. Very impressed with him and will be renewing my service plan with the company. 5 Stars!

Great job of fixing my air conditioner. Service tech was very nice , knowledgeable & very efficient ! I called the night before & they had a tech out the next morning by 8:30 am !
They checked to see if I had any warranties on unit & I did ... so they saved me a lot of money on the part I needed.
