I have been in property management for 35 years and responsible to maintain literally thousands of furnaces and air conditioners, so I know both good companies and bad companies. Heat pump I had 14 years went out Monday Night. Contacted Johnson Heating and Cooling Tuesday. Tyler came out that afternoon. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and sold me an Amana heat pump. The installers came out today and installed it. Fast, prompt and exceptional service. They were very professional and done a great job! I am generally pretty wary of most businesses and monthly programs and the like from many years of experience. However, I find it difficult to express what a high opinion and feeling of trust I have in the Johnson Group. I have had experience with both the heating and cooling and the plumbing. Moreover, so has my 95 year old father. They have done excellent work at a fair price and treated us with uncommon care, courtesy and concern on several issues. I especially appreciate the way they have provided services to my father.
Seniors should rightly be concerned with most businesses they invite into their homes these days. I can say without qualification that Johnson is competent and trustworthy. Seniors, or anyone else for that matter, can have complete confidence in Johnson.

Johnson Heating and Cooling came out to perform our semi-annual maintenance on things. Bob did a great job in checking things out, was very professional and pointed out some things about our system and made some great suggestions.

Johnson has installed an HVAC system, water heater, kitchen faucet, tub/shower valve etc, in my home and has maintained and serviced them afterward.
Their customer service personnel and HVAC and plumbing technicians are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable.

We have used Johnson Heating and Cooling for several years for our furnace and air conditioning needs. We also have our plumbing needs taken care of by this very good company. Not only have we purchased a high quality furnace and two air conditioning units from them (and are very pleased with these), but we also are on their service plan to regularly service these units - as well as to complete a plumbing inspection annually. The technicians -including Bob - are polite, dedicated to their service, honest, and efficient and very knowledgeable.
Bob spent a lot of time on 1-07-2020 servicing our furnace and explaining what we needed to have installed to avoid expensive service calls in the future (due to the age of our unit). He has always been very professional and thorough in relating information to us. Bob is also friendly - and makes certain that the area he has worked in is clean. We will continue to do business with this great company!
