Ms*** - Thank you for your comments regarding your experience with our companyUnfortunately in your case you could not prove the information you listed on your application which our credit decision was based onYou listed your gross monthly income at $2,per month but your paystub (and
your employer) only verify $2,per monthThat loss of income puts you outside our allowable guidelines regarding your debt to income ration (the amounts of your monthly payments divided by your income) as well as you payment to income ratio (your payment divided by your income)You were right on the threshold of qualifying when we originally approved you and with that loss of income, you no longer do.I am sorry you had a poor experienceHad you been able to provide proof of what you stated, we would have been able to assist you.Regards,The OpenRoad Lending Team
I am rejecting this response because: The very narrow definition you define for "prequalifier" doesn't mitigate the misleading verbiage in your unsolicited flyer. Additionally, the criteria you outline for the vehicle to qualify for your program seem arbitrary and capricious in that 100,miles on a typical gas powered vehicle is very different from 100,miles on a diesel truck such as mine and the age of a diesel vehicle is also quite different. To be clear.......you should be able finance or not finance anyone based upon whatever legal criteria you invoke. I don't believe I have any confusion about "prequalifying" per se, I just believe the manner and context in which it is used in your flyer is misleading and confusing and should be reworded. Additionally, I feel that it is incumbent upon you to at least get your hard inquiry removed from my credit report. If you don't see the merit of this remedy, that would be consistent with the attitude which caused this problem in the first place
Again I am sorry but multiple inquiries on your credit have no affect on your credit score as the bureaus know you are shopping. Here is an article from Experian but you can find others that state the same thing (***). You agreed to it when you applied with us on our website and there is "no history" of this as we help thousands of customers each month save on their auto loan. I am sorry we cannot help at this time
I am rejecting this response because: As you admit in your response, you did not know what vehicle I wanted to refinance at the time you sent me the mailer. Yet it is IN THE MAILER that you affirmed that I was "PREQUALIFIED" for the loan. I don't dispute that I did not get the loan, I only dispute that after telling me I was PREQUALIFIED that you declined to make the loan. The language in your mailer is very misleading to the average recipient and should be changed. As I have previously stated, I would also like you to rescind the hard credit check(s) that were made in pursuit of this loan

I am rejecting this response because: Once again your mailing list does NOT disclose this informationYour company misleads the consumer, you mail out letters that look like official government mail to bait the customer to look at it., than you do not identify that your a brokerage company(in writing) Once the customer goes online there is no UPFRONT CUSTOMER DISCLOSER, Your company hides it so customer(s) like me don't even see itBecause that is what you want otherwise you would be upfront about itbut you mislead customers so you can turn around and sell my information to your vendors. According to a Trans Union representative hard inquires do impact my credit historyI have been keeping all documents and tracking thisI have a A+ credit payment history., with a current car loan with no late paymentsI do not need your advise on how my credit worksI have been overwhelmed with emails, calls, and letters. YOUR COMPANY IS SCAMMING THE CONSUMER SO YOU CAN SELL THEIR PRIVATE INFORMATION TO YOUR 3rd PARTY VENDORS., even my current lender got your informationI WILL CONSULT AN ATTORNEY TO CONSIDER A CLASS ACTION LAWSUITI see I am not the only victim of your company's scamThe Revdex.com should reduce your credit rating to a F

I am sorry for the confusion but this is a warning message on our application but doesnt prohibit you from completing an application We find out that people will often enter their "annual" income in the field for "monthly" income so when the number is greater than $25,per month we provide
the warning message that this might be an error However we never stop you from applying only reminding that you have entered a very large monthly income amount You dont need to lower your income just complete the application If you would have contacted us directly we could have resolved the matter quite easily and shouldnt have been a complaint Again we dont stop you from applying for this nor do we tell you what income should or should not be included in your application
I know that you think we should only have one bureau but we use all to find the best rates possible and in doing so we are lowering your rate by over 12% and saving you thousands of dollars. Our process uses multiple bureaus. Credit inquiries only account for small portion of your score. The biggest driver in your scores is paying on time and not over extending your credit. I am sorry but it feels like a really small cost to save thousands of dollars. We are still needing your VIN to continue the process so if you would contact us with that VIN we can move forward and lower your monthly car payment
Revdex.com:
The child support had been on my report for years nowI'm trying to get it removed because I am current in my child supportAlso I never gave you permission to forward my info on to other lendersNow because of you, I have multiple strikes against my credit
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11596004, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute

Again I am sorry we were unable to help. I am not sure why you were waiting days and going right to the end in "registering" your vehicle. States are slow and some are difficult. The savings in your loan opportunity was not $10,but a number 25% of that amount. Again there is nothing we can do since the approval expired and you had missed the deadline
I am sorry but we should have never mailed you Experian is supposed to knock out limited tradeline individuals If you will send a letter to *** *** ** ***, requesting the removal of the inquiry, we will have it removed Again I am sorry for the confusion
We have confirmed with our partners that no additional inquiries have been made and just for information, multiple inquiries in a day period have no affect on your credit score You can google your self or see this article by Experian http://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/impact-on-credit-scores-of-inquiries-...⇄ I sorry that we were unable to help you at this time
Ms***, I will reach out to the credit reporting agency and see if they will remove the inquiryThere is no guarantee they will but I will make an effort in an attempt to make you happy. The OpenRoad Lending Team
I am sorry that we were unable to offer the rate in the pre-qualification mailer but big items we dont have is how much income do you have on a monthly basis and what kind of vehicle you have From a credit perspective you are approved The reason your rate went up is your debt to
income is quite high which makes the risk higher We have still approved you at over percent less than what you are current paying today and can save you money each month But as matching the rate on the mailer you will notice there are disclaimers on the back which state we dont know the vehicle or your income so it is a pre-qualification from a credit perspective We can save you money
Revdex.com:This is a bogus companyI can't count how many stories I have read illustrating fraudComplaint after complaintEnough with the liesYou never intended to help meIt was all just a scam to get my personal info
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID 11596004, and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: the response in not pertinent to the complaintIf the company is not able to address whether or not it can serve prospective customers before a credit pull then the complaint is valid and should be made public so that consumers will see it if they check the Revdex.com site before doing business with the lender.

Openroad lending is a phony company and a bunch of scammersThey will continue to lie until they run out of customers to deceive!!!
I am sorry we were unable to help. You had applied on 3/9/and the approval was good for days. We contacted you on 3/to explain the loan requirements and convey the urgency (as we do with all customers) to complete the process as as soon as possible. We had numerous
conversations with her about must get it registered with the time frame and unfortunately the customer fell ill right at the end of the process. We have no ability to extend as the loan expired. When we repulled credit to reapprove, the customers credit had changed and was no longer able to help her. *** might have said it could be done, but I also have conversations where she conveys that it must be done over and over by a certain date. The customer had days to complete the original process and waited until day to complete some of the tasks and sometimes they might take some time or not go as smooth as planned. Again I am sorry we cannot help at this time
I am not sure what you mean by "Fossett for Maisch" but you came to us from *** *** Doing some backtracking it appears you once had a loan with *** for about $21,but since you have a brand new loan with *** *** (I am assuming because they havent placed the title or lien yet but it is for about $17,000) that you traded that vehicle in I am making an assumption on those facts If that is true we can no longer lend more money than a vehicle is worth The loans are tied to the vehicle you have and your loan to value must be within certain parameters The current vehicle that we have has a payoff of about $17,so we cannot payoff $21, This is no different than a mortgage loan, the max loan is based on the value of the collateral. Many of our consumers have excellent credit as we have low rates as well We try to help all types of credit so there is no intent to harm anyone and we help thousands of customers each month save month I do see you left a request for call back this morning and we left the attached voicemail about minutes ago If you need to call me directly you can at 972-215-but we are waiting for *** *** to complete the title work before we can complete the loan I do want to make you happy but we also have restrictions on what we can do as a lender
When you completed the application you agreed to the terms and conditions which state:
•I agree that OpenRoad Lending may forward this application and my financial information to one or more third party lenders, dealers, affiliates or others that may be able to offer me, or assist me in finding, financing or other products that meets my needsSome of these affiliates may offer or arrange dealer financing rather than a direct loan from a lender
•I expressly grant OpenRoad Lending and its third parties, affiliates, agents, service providers or assignees the authority to call and/or email me with questions related to this application and share information about other products and services available
Also having multiple inquiries on your report (for the same type of credit)within a relatively short period of time (like days) has no adverse impact on your scoreYou can check out this article from Experian (http://www.experian.com/blogs/ask-experian/2009/03/01/impact-on-credit-scores-o...⇄ just google it for yourself and you will see that it is a myth
Again I am sorry for your experience
I take personal offense to the response of the business. To say that I could "make this up" is just an excuse the business is trying to use. The and my tax return are official state and national documents. I also told them on numerous occasions that I can get a letter from my accountant as well. Since when is a and tax returns not good enough. I have dealt with different finance companies in the past and the and tax return was ALWAYS good enough for them. What Openroad Lending is doing is called Deceptive Business Practices which last I checked was illegal. My proof to that is below. The e-mail below is what they sent me saying "Congratulations - Your Refinance has been Apporoved". So let me get this straight, I was approved but really I was not? I know they will come back and state that the e-mail says "All approvals are subject to terms and conditions" but if you look at the e-mail, there are no links or descriptions of what those terms and conditions are. They don't even tell you where you can get these so called "terms and conditions". If this is not the definition of deceptive business practices than I don't know what is. I want this removed from my credit report and my original documents returned to me. This company is a scam and I do plan on filing a complaint with the District Attorney's Office of the State of Texas and will be contacting an attorney about a possible lawsuit against this company. I would also like an explanation on how this company can have an A+ rating with Revdex.com when they have so many complaints against this company. I should have gone with my gut feeling from the beginning when I saw all the bad reviews on various websites
