I am rejecting this response because when I called you before completing the application I was led to believe that in my case OpenRoad Lending was the only lender and had approved that rate, there would be no 3rd party lenders involved.I would never have moved forward otherwise

Thank you for your commentsI reviewed your application and it appears that your credit report has changed since we purchased the data from the credit bureau in early OctoberOn 10/31/a charged off auto loan account with *** was added to your credit profile dramatically dropping your credit
score and adversely effecting your overall credit profileOn the back of the pre-approved letter you received there is specific language stating that if anything does change in your file we are no longer obligated to extend the pre-approved offer to you.I am sorry this was a poor experience and hope that we can earn your business someday in the future.Regards,The OpenRoad Lending Team

Actually I have called experian and I have viewed my credit report as I monitor my credit report quite often and the accounts you listed publicly on the other website have been reviewed incorrectly by youThose dates you speak of represent a balance update and the balance is decreasing because I am paying on the accountDate opened June 30, Status Updated June Balance updated July and the other account has a Date opened June 2012, Status Updated June 2014, and Balance Updated July Again no changes to my credit report since you sent the letterRead the REPORT and understand what you are reading because these accounts have been therePer Experian Account Specialist and previous and current credit reports.Just erase the inquiry

I am not sure what phone number you called but on the back is section entitled in Big Bold lettering "PRESCREEN & OPT OUT NOTICE" and the phone number is *** (###-###-####) Try it again and let us know if that didnt work I just called it and it is the credit reporting opt out line as stated The credit letter is dated Aug but their inquiry was from Aug when we sent it to them It happens almost instantaneously By law they have days to send out the letter which they met Again its really anything less than days that have no impact on your credit Also you did agree to the language whether you remember it or not.The biggest factors in credit reporting is on-time payments and level of credit usage Here is an article from Investopedia but you can find many others that state the same thing Credit inquiries are quite a small factor(http://***).Again I am sorry that we are unable to help you at this time

I'm sorry you misunderstood our approval. You are currently paying 17% interest rate with Car Finance Capital and you have about more payments. We have approved you at 11.49% but only months. Since there are less payment your payment is going to go up but you would spend about $3,less in payments over the life of the loan with the new loan. For example: current loan: $payment at payments is $35,836 new loan: $payment at months is $32,580. So you would save over $3,with the new loan. Payment would go up $per month but you would pay it off months sooner at 6% less interest rate
Again I am sorry if this doesn't help you but it would save you $3,or even if you traded in the vehicle before the end, you would earn more equity faster by paying a lower interest rate

I am sorry for your poor experience but we did approve you from a credit perspective However, I listened to the phone call and found that during the sales process we went through your vehicle and all the options that it has When we determined the car's value, your loan to value (the
amount you owe versus what the car is worth), it was over 220% Said differently you owe over 2x on your current loan as compared to your vehicle's value In most cases our limit is 1.5x so your vehicle was above the LTV that we can finance If you will look on the back of your mailer that is fact disclosed and to be honest no lender would be able to finance the vehicle in its current status.Again I am sorry that we couldnt help you at this time based on the value of your vehicle

I have not heard back from *** at all about any response other than asking for my vehicles equipment twice after I answered twiceSince I have left messages and I get the " not available " messageIf this application truely is legitement, then I would need an actually response on this asapThe second reason was I also recieved numerous calls from a cell phone asking about a vehicle I have for sale, which I do not have any vehicle for salePlease advise

I am rejecting this response because:I received a letter from another lender today declining "my application." Regional Acceptance Corpwrote they received the application from Open Road LendingSo the practice has not stoppedI did call the opt out phone number and this time was asked for my social security number which I will not giveAfter my experience with Open Road I will not give my personal information to anyone without certainty of their business practicesI admit I was foolish in falling for the scheme devised in the mailing I received from Open Road Lending, but that does not excuse their misleading and unscrupulous business practicesI am not satisfied with the response and plan to follow through with my complaint through other channelsThey take no responsibility for their unethical dealings and I want to change that

We spoke to customer on 1/and 1/about their application on a website (which is not ours) at ***At first customer said he never applied anyway but then after being shown proof by ***, he admitted that he did apply on the website. You can see on the application
that it clearly shows that his credit will be pulled and that *** has the right to forward to other lenders. Even with all this, the strongest point is that multiple credit inquiries within a day period (which these were) have no adverse affect on your credit score. It is a myth. You can see this article by Experian (***) but there are many others on the web by other credit bureaus stating the same thing. The credit bureaus know you are shopping for credit during a period of time and they do hold it against you to do so. Again I am sorry we couldnt help at this time but this is a valid inquiry of credit. If you feel you did not apply please contact ***
