I was very skeptical when I first came across Indigo Software's website, so I checked out the selling of License Keys for MS in several ways, including with a local IT contact here in Seattle. I learned that this practice is legitimate and found that the website was so thoughtfully put together with endorsements, including the Revdex.com, that I took the plunge. It all worked smoothly, instructions were detailed and accurate and Sean was available by phone and helped me over a few bumps (my lack of experience, nothing to do with Indigo Software). He was extremely helpful. I fully endorse this new startup!

I just ordered my *** Prof. 2016 on Dec 19th. I had a couple questions I needed to ask and could not believe how quickly I kept getting my answers taken care of. It was very late at night when I emailed and did not expect to get a reply until the following day. Sean was the most considerate and helpful person helping me with all my questions until all were resolved. I admit I was skeptical at first because of the price being so low, I did see that all the reviews were only positive & decided to give it a try. The product is excellent as was advertised and the service was incredible ... Sean was absolutely amazing and you can feel how he truly does care about his customers and business. I emailed the tech help line and got an answer in less than hour. The company person left me his phone number and extension. I called, he answered immediately and remained on the phone until the issue was resolved. In all the years that I have had dealing with software companies this, by far, was the service ever.

I ordered the 2016 ***. The price was very attractive and only about 12% of other prices I had investigated--in a word, this business and offer is legitimate! The license key was emailed to me within minutes. I had a couple of questions before downloading and installing and Sean very quickly replied to my questions. The download from *** was easy and installation went very smoothly. Previously, I have had numerous problem downloading software and doing update. However, this was a pleasant experience. I would do business with Indigo Software again.

I contacted Indigo Software to purchase software. I had difficulty completing the purchase online and I sent a message to that effect. I received a message inviting me to make the purchase by phone which I did. I have never been treated better in any business transaction in person or online. Sean, the owner, was extremely knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He saved me many hours of work it would have taken me to do it by myself. I feel extremely fortunate my web search landed me at Indigo. I give it 10 stars on a 5 star ranking!

My experience with Indigo Software was fantastic. No problems at all. I was leary of buying since price on Office 2016 was extremely low, but the positive reviews convinced me this was the real deal.....and it was! Rock bottom price, easy software download and install through the Microsoft Store site. Incredible! Not sure how you do it....but keep up the great work!

I had trouble installing Microsoft Professional 2016 and sent them an email. Within minutes Sean responded and walked me through the steps needed to resolve my issue. Searching for the ***, I found Sean ***, owner of Indigo Software, I emailed with questions and received a call from Sean within a couple of hours. He listened, understood and succinctly responded with relevant information from which I could make a decision. I explained that I am terrified of any process that affects files so he offered to manage the installation/ activation process for me at no additional charge. After the install, it appeared as though files from a critical email account had simply disappeared. Sean persisted and patiently put up with my histrionics until the files were located. Sean's patient persistence, confident competence and compassion make him a true delight with whom to do business. I heartily recommend Indigo Software for software needs.

I purchased a software program from them 8 months ago. I had an issue when I completely had to reset my computer and everything stopped working. They were extremely responsive and helped me navigate the issues I was having to make sure everything was up and running again. I got it all sorted out quickly and now it works great again. Good business and great, responsive customer support.

I recently ordered Office 2016 Pro and had a issue with the MS activation key. I contacted Indigo (Sean) and had a response within 10 minutes. Sean emailed me a new key to activate the program and told me it was his mistake with the original key. He stayed with me until the new MS Office program was loaded on my computer.
