Simply amazing! Buying online software (esp MSFT) is a daunting experience, full of fraud, fake sites, scammers etc. Reluctantly I had to upgrade my Win10 due to Windows *** me to do so by disabling my *** and so I did not want to pay them for sofware that already works. *** came up with a very good offer for Win 10 Pro (I like the *** encryption) so at least I was getting some value out of it. I checked them out on Scamadvisor, and they got GREAT ratings, unlike a few that had dual websites connected to Pola10min,nd and stuff. (scary). Definitely do your homework people. I ordered the SW, (super fast and easy website), got my code to activate within 10 min. (super fast) and then proceeded to upgrade but got an error code. The key they gave me was in error. ***, I thought I was scammed again, and put in an email for support. Within 10min I had a call from a tech to help! Super nice guy. Explained to me that MSFT activation servers often go on the fritz, and by the time the call was done, the installation was loading properly. The rest is smooth sailing. Highly recommended, I would buy from Indigo again and am going to recommend them to everyone! Thanks!

Indigo Software is the real deal. I purchased a Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 license and the price was the best and the product key enabled me to download directly from the official Microsoft website. No issues with the installation (great Indigo Software installation instructions) and subsequently Microsoft provided me with support to address non-installation issues and verified the Indigo Software was certified.

I recently bought Microsoft Office Professional Plus from Indigo Software Company and couldn't be happier. Indigo Software was there all the way and could not have been more responsive or more helpful. I had just bought a new laptop and the store where I bought the laptop set it up for me and in the process loaded two different versions of Microsoft Office, including Office 365 which I did not want. All of this had to be deleted before Office Professional 2016 could be downloaded. Sean patiently guided me through this process and was there to make certain Office professional 2016 downloaded without problems and was working properly. Combine this kind of service and technical support with the price and I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Indigo Software Company to anyone who is looking for any of their products.

I have been telling all my friends that customer service no longer exists but I have to say that I will need to revise this opinion after working with the folks at Indigo Software. The last person I worked with *** continued the amazing work that this company has exhibited since I purchased one of their products back in 2017.
Whenever I have a concern or problem they answer my emails within MINUTES, Not hours or days but immediately and not only that they give advice that is easy to follow and always works out positively.
I am in no way connected with this company but I always make it a point to give praise where it is deserved and believe me, these guys deserve it.
I highly recommend their products and their service and if you want to reestablish hope for the service industry, give Indigo Software a call.

I got a call back and guess he was the owner of the company

2016 Office for ***. *** installation! So frightened that I'd lose everything, but the simple instructions said that I could merely put the *** application in the trash; I knew that I wouldn't lose anything because I could always bring it back.
After that, it was easy. Registered with ***, entered the product key, and the Office was downloaded. Installation was a cinch! And I had thought I'd need a "professional" to assist me. Ha, ha. You CAN do it! No assistance was needed from Indigo either.
Indigo is very professional and offered the lowest price of my search for this software. What's more impressive is that I e-mailed Indigo to let them know that I was very pleased; they answered me personally at 7 p.m. on a Saturday evening! Who could ask for anything more?? This Houston-based company is a great America, family-owned company.
Best of all, my documents open without a problem. I'd say, "Go for it with Indigo - it's a win-win experience!"

Great company. I was a little leary at first because of the low price for Office Professional Plus 2016. I called and spoke to Sean, the owner. He explained how he was able to offer this product at the very low price. After talking to Sean, I felt confident and I ordered the product. Great instructions for having you remove any office product you might have an then walks you through downloading the software (in my case office pro plus direct from ***. Everything worked perfectly the first time. No problems at all. I highly recommend Indigo.
