Indigo Software

Indigo software is the real deal. Sean the owner could not be nicer and more helpful. I purchased from Indigo software both the windows 10 professional to upgrade the windows 10 home that came with my new computer and also purchased office 2016 professional. I am very computer illiterate. Sean was very patient and spent If you almost 1 1/2 hours with me so that both windows 10 professional and office 2016 professional were up and running smoothly. I am now ready to go. Thanks Sean for everything. If you want things done right at a fair price there is no other place to purchase your software than from Indigo software. I would highly recommend this company and Sean to anyone. If there were ten stars I would have given them.

I am a real customer, not a paid (actor), I was skeptical of purchasing this so I actually called their number in the "about us" page and Sean picked up at 5:00 pm PST and guided me through my purchase, uninstalling old Microsoft, installing new purchase of *** and also testing programs to make sure I was happy. I did my research on the company and read all reviews on the Revdex.com site. Ordered the software and received the email with the key. I had a question before starting the process and sent an email. I received a call back quickly walking me through the process and was up and running in very little time. Sean was very knowledgeable and gave some great suggestions as well. I placed an order on a Sunday afternoon and had a small installation glitch due to the browser. I called the customer service number and left a message fully expecting a call back on Monday morning. Ten minutes later my phone rang. It was Sean and he went through the issue with me and suggested a cure which worked perfectly. Not only is the software first rate and very fairly priced, the service is exceptional. We need more companies like this.

Indigo Software offers customer service second to none, just like to good ole days. I had to purchase a new laptop and I purchased *** After careful research I decided on Indigo Software. Everything went flawlessly with the exception of not removing the factory installed trial *** 365 before installing *** During installation I was prompted to remove all previously installed *** versions. However, since I did not install *** 365 it didn't occur to me to remove it before downloading and activating *** All worked well with the exception of upon opening *** or *** it appears that I'm running *** 365. I went on Indigo's website and emailed them about my mistake and subsequent concerns. Low and behold I got a telephone call from Sean at Indigo. He directed me how to check the "installation complete" and verify the "licensed version" of my software. Beside the best price, they have customer service that goes above and beyond. 5 stars does not go far enough for Indigo Software and Sean. My faith that someone still offers EXCELLENT customer service has been renewed.

I was hesitant to order on line for software downloads, but I chanced it and was pleasantly pleased. I ordered it last night for my laptop, and my laptop worked so much better that I ordered a second copy today for my desktop. Very reliable source of software and surprisingly affordable. Will use them again.

How awful to get a new computer only to realize your version of *** is so old it makes no sense loading it on to the new computer. Then you start shopping around for something you can afford and about burst into tears. I was leery of buying a $49.00 *** for *** because I worried it was pirated or would not work. When U saw that one payment option was through Amazon I decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I did. The link came through quickly and the download was fast. I had a bit of a problem with Outlook so I emailed Indigo. They answered within minutes with another link for me to use to download the update. I am so impressed with the price and, even more, the customer service. I would highly recommend buying from Indigo.

Sean is a fantastic professional with tremendous IT knowledge and has a great trustworthy business model for purchasing and downloading a variety of Microsoft products for up dates to my PC. He spent a lot of time on the phone providing tech support and he is based in the US and is very easy to understand and is beyond patient in listening and providing tech support on your purchase if you have trouble with your downloads. I highly recommend his business services to any individual or even a small business that is looking for a great value for money on multiple licenses for Microsoft products.

I searched the web for an affordable software program: *** 2016 including outlook mail. I found this company and purchased it at a great price. I was not having much trouble downloading the software, and I e-mailed or sent a message via their message board. I received a phone call within 5 minutes or less fro the owner, and he helped me. I would rate the company a 10, and the service a 10 as well. ......

Bought software Jan/1/2018. After a few glitches Sean immediately answer the phone and spent with me hours to identify the problem

Ordered Office from Indigo Software.. Legit download from Microsoft website with full product key. As advertised, worked fine. Quit two days later, software disappeared from my computer. Contacted Indigo. Sean helped me determine the problem was in Windows 10, and helped me FIX it! Sean went above and beyond to get me back in operation. Best computer help I ever got from anybody. I hope they stay in business. I intend to do more business with them.
