I have gone to the edit page a million times. The problem is the page itself should not exist. I did not work on that film. The DOB is wrong, the picture isn't me. The entire page needs to be removed. Not only is it entirely inaccurate but when in movies the internet somehow suggests you have nudes, etc and that has come up in searches because I have an IMDB page. To confirm, Mr. [redacted] did select the Annual Subscription level at the time of registration and did not request cancellation prior to the renewal date. This explains why Mr. [redacted] was charged. We have now issued a full refund of the charge.
