I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The company has shifted the blame rather than give me the information that I asked for. The explanation from the "mystery company" is that it could just be a data shift or file sorting error, however this does not answer the question of how my friend's name got on my email address or whether the original information came from the IRS, as this is a tax lien solution company; neither I nor my friend have any outstanding business with the IRS....unless the IRS provided the bad information (how shocking!).
Regards,

We are standing firm on this case that the client was fully aware of the fees in the amount of $500 he has paid us for. It was made aware to him verbally and in writing. Even on the original complaint filed by him, he did
State that he was even willing to accept the fee of paying $1200 for a full resolution on his case. And like we said before, he can give us a call and ask for a full report of what has been done on his case. To this day, we have not received any calls from him.
As far as we’re concerned, this case is closed and completed and it looks like the client is mainly tying to receive the service for free. Client is free to seek legal advise if he deems necessary. We wish him the best of luck with his new business that we inspired him to establish.
In response to the related matter, we at Ideal Tax Solution, LLC, take consumer/client concerns very seriously. We are currently proactively working on the consumer's request and as such have contacted the client (via phone 8-18-2014 & via USMail) to advise him on his status.
Currently we have submitted requests for docs awaiting receipt and will provide to client accordingly.
Mr. [redacted] hired Ideal Tax Solution to resolve his federal tax matter, which included tax preparation/filing for 2014. Mr. [redacted] came on board with the company on May 21, 2015. Since then we had
face="Helvetica">been unable to resolve his case because he did not provide us with the information we had requested and needed to file 2014 tax return and work towards a resolution with the IRS. These documents are requested from the client as soon as they sign the contract. Our team follows up with clients on a weekly basis to try to collect these forms. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] was unrespnsive and we never received any documents. Per the contract the Mr. [redacted] signed, under client responsibilities, clients have 10 days to provide us with any requested information. Our company has been more than lenient and gave Mr. [redacted] several chances and enough time. Unfortunately, there is only so much we can do as a company if a client does not cooperate.
We have spoken with the client on several occasions in regards to her contentions. Further, we have issued the client a refund in order to solve, and or resolve any issue.
I am so grateful for what Ideal did for me! God bless them. It has been very rough for me since my husbands death. I had ignored all the notices of collection and hadn't filed my returns for years since my husband took care of all of that. It wasn't until they threatened to take away my social security benefits that I knew I needed this take care of. This company truly cares about their clients and helped me every way possible in resolving this terrible debt I had been trying to runway from. I am forever grateful.
We made contact with client on 10/8/2014 and advised the client that we want to make sure that his issue/complaint is addressed. We had spoken with the client back in July to try to get...
the issue reconciled. However, based on investigations we had sent a request for documents pending for signature and it was not received. Client was unhappy thus far and we have proceeded to issue the client a refund.
The email address provided in the initial complaint appears to be incorrect. We tried sending the email to Ms. [redacted] twice and the emails did not go through.
An apology email was sent to [redacted] on April 16, 2015, ensuring that both email addresses will be stricken from our records.
It is always a priority that we handle our client's delicate tax matters with the utmost care and upon reviewing Ms. [redacted]'s file, we do see that errors have been made.
We will be processing a full refund for Ms. [redacted]. I understand there is a discrepancy about the amount of the retainer that...
she paid us. Our records do show a payment of $700 being processed 1/27/12. If her records show anything else, we ask her to provide us with the information.

In addition, clients also have the option to stop receiving communications from us, by dialing Ideal Tax Solution's customer care line and letting the representative know they wish to be removed from our mailing list.
