We made contact with client on 10/8/and advised the client that we want to make sure that his issue/complaint is addressedWe had spoken with the client back in July to try to get the issue reconciledHowever, based on investigations we had sent a request for documents pending for signature and it was not receivedClient was unhappy thus far and we have proceeded to issue the client a refund
