To Whom It May Concern:? We would like to express our deepest apologies to Mr [redacted] , as we are saddened to hear his experience with I.T.S did not meet his expectationsWe wish Mr [redacted] had submitted a refund request directly to our company, as we would have addressed his request right away? I.T.S takes these types of matters seriously and want all of our clients satisfied whether our services met their requirements or not and will still allow Mr [redacted] to submit his request to [email protected] ? Mr [redacted] expressed a long delay in his case and that I.T.S did not resolve his federal tax matter in a timely mannerMr [redacted] was being audited by the IRS for a specific tax return, meaning the balance owed was in the process of being reassessedThat process takes 3-monthsOur tax professionals could not set up Mr [redacted] on a resolution until the IRS was finished with the reassessmentOnce that was complete, we assigned a tax professional to his case to set Mr [redacted] on a streamline installment agreementThat step takes another to days for the IRS to accept and processWe hope Mr [redacted] can understand that setting a client on a resolution is a process and the majority of the process is waiting to hear back from the IRS ? Mr [redacted] stated that the information on the form 433-D submitted to the IRS was incorrect, most specifically the banking informationThe information on that form was put together solely on information provided to us by Mr [redacted] and was sent to him to confirm all information was accurate, sign and send back.? It was his own personal banking information that we have no way to verify but through him ? I.T.S did successfully put Mr [redacted] on a resolution plan with the IRS as he contracted our company for, however we understand where his disappointment is coming fromAgain, we would like to apologize to Mr [redacted]
Mr [redacted] hired Ideal Tax Solution to resolve his federal tax matter, which included tax preparation/filing for Mr [redacted] came on board with the company on May 21, Since then we had been unable to resolve his case because he did not provide us with the information we had requested and needed to file tax return and work towards a resolution with the IRSThese documents are requested from the client as soon as they sign the contractOur team follows up with clients on a weekly basis to try to collect these forms. Unfortunately, Mr [redacted] was unrespnsive and we never received any documentsPer the contract the Mr [redacted] signed, under client responsibilities, clients have days to provide us with any requested informationOur company has been more than lenient and gave Mr [redacted] several chances and enough time. Unfortunately, there is only so much we can do as a company if a client does not cooperate

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.First of all, I emailed them my current phone number on September and asked for a manager or owner to call me. This business returns very few calls. The gentleman who was assigned my account only spoke to me once and has never returned a call.
I have attached the incorrect document. They keep blaming me for filling it in wrongMy banking info is correct; however, this is not what I am referring to. The 433-D sent to me on March said that I owed $9,455.00. I only owed $8060. If they reviewed all of the current paperwork they would have caught this; however, they spent no time earning my $1,250. When I questioned things, I received responses such as, "___ work was not always accurate". Or, "you signed the paperwork" I've attached that one - very poor performance!
This agency offers quick resolutions and resolve to IRS issuesThey are suppose to do settlementsWe used them and after more then a year and several thousands of dollars, all was done was a "non collection status" affixed to my issueI fund out due to receiving mail from the IRS a few months backWe called them and never received a call backWhen I called the IRS I was able to do the same thing they did in minutesDue to me being diagnosed with cancer and unable to work, money has become tight for me and now we cannot own anything cause IRS will take itIf I were to inherit anything, the IRS will take itThis company is scamming their customers in my opinion and have several bad reviews reflecting that
