I am rejecting this response because:This is the same response I received last week.  Tomorrow will be the second Friday.  Will I now be receiving this same message every Thursday? It has now literally been months since I have contacted company and still have no resolution.  How is it acceptable for a company to behave this way?

I am rejecting this response because:  I have already paid someone out of my pocket to put the machine together for me.  I should have received an email from the Revdex.com in my inbox according to iconfitness but did not receive any sort of email.  After being told by Audra B[redacted] on 10/11 that they would have someone put it together for me, I assumed It would be right away.  I called the company on Friday 10/13 and was told that I would be required to pay $149.00 if I wanted to have someone put the machine together for me.  The only reason I accepted delivery of the machine instead of cancelling my order was because someone would be putting it together and It would not be in the room for my kids to trip over.  The delivery came outside of the time it was scheduled to be delivered so I was unable to have it put in the room it was supposed to be put in.  So I had to have the person putting it together move it to the other side of my house.  This whole process with Iconfitness has been unpleasant.  At this point I would like to be reimbursed the $100.00 I had to pay to have someone else put it together for me.
