Dear [redacted], I am really sorry for all the delays. It is process, we found the issue. You should see the money any day. Also you will not be charged for any late fees or any other. I have attached a picture to show you it is now in process.

Dear [redacted], I really do apologize for this. This is getting to long for a repair. I left a rather harsh message to the tech. I am hoping your called today or Monday. Please let me know if this is done.

We will be very satisfied with the resolution once we receive the refund.We do however have one question before we will consider this case resolved.What would be the next step if we do not receive the refund in 30 days? We're still distrustful of Icon Fitness, and will be until we receive our refund, because of all the double-talking we've been given by their support department for the last 4 months.

complaint. We see you no longer have a warranty with us the manufacture, but with UTS. Also we have been informed that you moved the machine and damaged the unit. The warranty is only for manufacture defects. You would need to work this out with UTS. The issues is, they will not cover damage caused by the owner.

I am rejecting this response because: I still have not received the motor nor have a received anything more than a vague idea of when it might receive it. I paid for a brand new, working treadmill. I don't want a broken one that will eventually be repaired. I want a new machine.

Dear [redacted], I do apologize for how long it is taking to get your machine repaired. The part has shipped and you should get it soon. This is the tracking # [redacted]. I will let the tech know the part is on its way and to contact you. Also I have no problem extended warranty for you....

One the machine is running I will change it. Sorry again for the delay.

Dear [redacted],I am sorry your machine broke. I found account in our system, but its missing information. What is the model #, and serial # of your machine? I need this before I can setup any service. Also is there grinding like metal on metal? Or is it plastic on metal sound.
