My wife , myself and our year old grand daughter checked into this hotel after a long hour driveThe first red flag should of been the sign in big letters stating NO REFUNDS ON ROOMSThe overwhelming stench in the hallway and the wallpaper hanging off the walls followed throughout our walk to our roomWhen we opened the door, we were horrifiedThe odor was so gross,only half of the lights worked, the toilet paper rack was missing from the wall, no toilet paper to be found,exposed wires ,no smoke detector, security lock on the inside of the door broken off, empty [redacted] box hanging off wall in dispenser,wallpaper hanging off walls, baseboards along bottom completely off, pillows were like stuffed socks or rags, filthy floors, and the list goes on and onWe went to the office and told the clerk the room was disgusting and wanted anotherShe reluctantly gave us another room a couple doors down from the firstIt was no better!! We rented rooms the night of June 9, When we got to our roooms, we found an old broken shower rod in the room, outlet covers missing, holes at the baseboards, patio doors not locking, the metal on the porches where not secure, bedding and pillows were very old, they had many safety issues especially with small children with usThe common area entrance to the building was out and so was the stairwell lightsThe advertising on [redacted] showed the property as a well kept property

Last weekend, my relatives and I traveled to *** ***We rented rooms for nightsThe first night, my husband and I checked in, all of my relatives were already thereUpon checking in, I paid cash for the nights, and proceeded to our roomThe hallways smelled heavily of smoke and looked very dirtyThe pillows in my room all had long black hair on them, the bathtub had hair in and around itThe whole room smelled of smoke but it was labeled a nonsmoking roomOne of my cousins and his wife were staying across the hall from us, his toilet didn't flush, the bathtub did not drain while he was taking a showerTheir fire detector was missing, there was the wall piece, but the unit was actually missingThere was a huge black splattered stain on his ceiling, the walls looked asif there was mold on itMy other cousin, her husband and kids stayed in another room, they found a condom wrapper on the floor underneath a bed while they were looking for one of the kid's flip flop

To Whom it may concern The guest who filed this complaint has stated facts that are 100% false. This guest checked into the hotel and paid $cash depositUpon cheshe signed a reg card acknowledging that the check out time was 11am and there is a $charge till noon and full
night charge after 12pm. Our housekeeping checked this room at 11:am and there were people in the room. My front desk called the room and asked for the registered guest, we were told she had left the room and will be back in few minutes. At 12pm we went to the room and asked for the registered guest, we were told she is not back yet and that they are expecting her back any minute. We waited till 1:30pm these people were still in the room, at that point we asked them to vacate the room or we will be calling the policeThey left in fifteen minutesThe deposit was charged against the outstanding charges.Our video is good for certain times after that it is erased and rewritten, there for we could not show her the video after two week she showed up. At this point we cannot do anything for this guest. Sincerely*** ***
